Water park information 2026: Water park is open from April 2 to April 5 (both included).

From May 2 to June 4 only opens Saturdays and Sundays weather permitting.

From June 6 to September 20 water park is open every day. From September 21 to end of season water park only opens Saturdays and Sundays weather permitting.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good value, great kids entertainment
Pros:

Water slides for the kids, great food at the buffet, comfortable beds. Lots of safety staff at the pool/water slide area.

Cons:

Organizational issues--check-in seemed to take forever, the time spent on each guest/room seemed ridiculous; breakfast beverage organization at buffet was also poorly organized. Loud guests coukd be heard from terrace as though they were in our room.

Limpieza , orden y organización. Diversión a todas horas para los niños con múltiples actividades. Encantada con el trato. Dar las gracias infinitas a Roberto director , a Natalia su masajista….. podría estar alabando este lugar eternamente, es nuestro hotel favorito. Sin duda volveremos

Para repetir pues si a pesar de esas dos cosas que no me gustó

Lo que más me gustó es el pedazo de equipo de animación que tienen con las actuaciones que tienen de Disney me súper encantó

Lo único que no me gustó fue que tiene limpiar mejor la habitación y que había cosas deterioradas

Bom para diversão aquática
Pros:

Hotel com boas piscinas principalmente para crianças pois tem escorregas. Boa variedade de comida em todas as refeições. Bar junto à piscina também é agradável.

Cons:

Conforto das camas e tamanho dos quartos não era muito bom. Também tinha um cheiro a mojo. Precisava de uma remodelação nos quartos.
Apesar da comida ter variedade, alguns pratos nao estavam muito bem confeccionados. A animação noturna é animada para as crianças mas relativamente curta ( cerca de 30 minutos).
