Had a great long weekend !
Pros:

He was great value for money , it's was very clean , the family room was perfect for myself , daughter and two grandchildren and the host Jay was a gentleman nothing was too much trouble for him .

The people who owned it was so kind, they Evan gave us pack of really nice cakes haha was very welcoming. Room was nice and tidy kids loved it

Excellent hotel and value for money
Pros:

We got to choose which family room we wanted.
Staff lovely on arrival.
Room a lovely size.
Very good value for money.
Close to all amenities.

Cons:

Not a complaint but carpet near en-suite sticking up a bit may be a trip hazard to others (unsure if your aware of the carpet so thought would mention)

Pros:

This hotel is spotless clean, extremely comfortable.

Management greets guest with a massive welcome and big bright smile and the atmosphere because of this is hospitality at its finest.

We will come back to this hotel as out of a few places we stayed in Blackpool, this hotel was exceptional.

Thank you Jay and family for a brilliant stay.

Pros:

Lovely clean room and family room big enough for the kids. Staff very helpful, brought us a travel cot late as night as I forgot to ask. Will be staying again.

The Rooms are very clean and tidy, hotel offers a travel cot if needed even without request, i was very satisfied with a bathroom wich was in the room and was very clean, personel is so lovely

Cons:

Only one thing i didnt like was the parking. In offer say there is a parking available but it's not exactly true, on the back of the hotel is very small space to park a car. Otherwise all the rest was just perfect

Disappointed would not recomend
Pros:

Really disappointed the picture on website don’t show true likeness to actually property

Cons:

The room was grubby and run down shelves coming away from wall carpet fraying . Bed linen was grubby and stained pillows were stained and uncomfortable double bed smelt as if it hadn’t been changed from previous occupants lots of black hairs over the pillows . Pictures on website dint live up to actual rooms extractor fan was clogged with dust didn’t do its job overall disappointed left and booked a different hotel

Amazing service! The host was very kind, the rooms were clean, the location being near the beach and pleasure beach is great and the bed is very comfortable. Overall it was a very wonderful accommodation.
