Clean and comfortable Luvley friendly people
You couldn’t ask for more at this price point
Family run hotel, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Very convenient for South Shore/Sandcastle Water Park. It was amazing value, we had a small bathroom, kettle/tea/coffee, hairdryer and TV, plus guest WiFi, everything we needed. They securely stored our bags for us. Great location and a safe place for a family to stay.

Absolutely nothing
Location was indeal. Parking on the road was a plus. Room was perfect and ideal for a short stay.

Great location, less than a minute away from the pier. The host was very welcoming and friendly. There was a little issue with room allocation but he fixed it the next day which was fine. Great place to stay with family for a night or two.
The rooms are very dated which was not an issue tbh.
Rooms was not up to standards holes in all curtains beds was dirty felt itchy all night there was dirt on carpets to and definitely not suitable for kids

The rooms were what to expect for the price, radiator temperamental in rooms, was kindly given a fan heater.
The fan in the bathroom was visibly full of dust.
