Es war sehr dreckig, in unserem Zimmer war erbrochenes auf dem Nachkästchen.
Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut.
Es gab kein Frühstück mehr.
Trotz allem und Downgrade, sollten wir den vollen Preis bezahlen.
