We recommend highly this location to anyone wanting to spend some time in Abingdon VA.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Variety of breakfast items was great! The whole property was very clean - inside & outside. Beds were very comfortable & clean. Bathrooms were very clean as well. These things are very important to me. Staff was friendly & very helpful.

Cons:

I didn't like that we paid extra for parking. The room was a little dim in the corner by the first bed in the room we stayed in. But overall we were very satisfied with our stay here.

Excellent but Beware of the "mountain view."
Pros:

Love the rooms, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of choices.
The location was as we wanted it to be, close to meals and the highway.

Cons:

When I booked the room, Booking.com showed that the room we reserved had a mountain view. When we arrived at our room, the "mountain view" was of a small hill behind the hotel with phone lines and wires. Perhaps it's time to revisit that description...
