Pros:

The hotel was close to the beach and there were many landmark around it so it was very convenient also the hotel has 10/10 food and they had loads of options which just made our holiday even better

The exceptional customer service
Pros:

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed.

Pros:

Enjoyed the view from the top floor. Room was okay. No view. Had no water for 15 minutes while showering. Water pressure was apparently shut off which they fixed. Great location to get into the city. Beautiful temple right outside.

Pros:

Nice balcony with a vue to the see. We liked it and ended up booking two more days. Staff helped with transport.

Cons:

No hot water in the room. A bit far from the main turisty spots, but the hotel helped to arrange a tuk-tuk to take us there. There was a lot of noise during the night because of barking dogs and a temple right across the street with a Bell starting 5.30 a.m.

The food and room were nice, air-conditioned working good 5 minutes drive to the beach

The food and presentation were excellent. Trincomalee Beach is just a five-minute drive away. The manager and staff are kind and helpful. The manager arranged our entire stay all perfectly. 👌
