熊谷を存分に楽しめました。
Pros:

お得に泊まれて、違うサイトから予約して連泊したが丁寧対応して頂き、同じ部屋にしてもらえた。また朝食も連泊だったが卵料理や魚など変わっていて飽きずに食べれました。

丁度ホテルのレストランがお休みで、歩いて近所のレストランまで食事に出ました。幸いお天気は良かったので問題無かったですが散歩向きの道路でも無く、ホテルのレストランが開いていたら良かったです。

직원에 따라 인사를 하기도 하고 하지 않기도 하는 등 응대에 일관성이 없었고, 전반적으로 표정이나 태도도 친절하다는 느낌을 받기 어려웠습니다.

물론 모든 직원에게 지나친 친절함이나 상냥함을 바라는 것은 아니지만, 호텔리어라면 기본적인 응대는 갖춰야 한다고 생각합니다. 일부 직원들의 감정이 그대로 드러나는 듯한 태도 때문에 머무는 동안 여러 번 불편함을 느꼈고, 이 부분이 가장 아쉬웠습니다.

가격 대비 시설이나 위치는 나쁘지 않았지만, 직원들의 응대 때문에 전체적인 숙박 경험에 대한 인상이 좋지 않았습니다. 개인적으로는 다시 이용하고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다.
