差劲失望
Pros:

地理位置不错，房型不错，宽敞，安全系数比较好，门禁很严

Cons:

入住收取额外1000元才能完成入住手续，空调出风口坏了，对着床头吹。住三天不整理，不更换添加洗漱用品，我付了实打实的三天费用，只有第一天享受到了完整的入住体验

お値段以上は間違いない！
Pros:

タオルなど必要な設備は整っていた

Cons:

台の下やちょっとした隙間に髪の毛や埃が溜まっていた。価格の高いホテルでも良くあるが、時々でも掃除して頂けるともっと喜ばれると思いました。
浴室蛇口の下面に水垢が溜まっていた。浴槽に使った時に見えたので少し残念だった。

Great, but missed opportunities to be amazing
Pros:

Big comfortable room near Hakata with washing machine.

Cons:

Minor things:
- automatic light in doorway activates whenever someone goes to toilet, and is too bright at night.

- couldn't really hang anything to dry in the bathroom, despite excellent drying function

部屋は新しく広い

Cons:

エントランスキーやドアキーの暗証番号が長くて、初めての場合は戸惑う
タオルがもう少し清潔感よく置いてあるとイメージアップできる
部屋の掃除スタッフは、前の宿泊者の髪の毛に注意して欲しい

Pros:

Good location, good facilities, and fast response from the property. I like the bathroom that has dryer mode to dry clothes.

Convenient and clean, good location.
Pros:

Convenient location, not difficult to find and there is a Family Mart at the corner.
It is possible to cook simple meals, and there is also a washing machine.

Cons:

I did not know it is all automated. It is fine, but having a front desk would allow dropping luggage in advance if need be.
The fan in the bathroom was not working, I had to locate the breaker box to reactivate it.
