Por favor no vayan, ni en el peor hotel de paso que hayan estado, estara tan sucio y deprimente que este lugar

Pros:

El hotel decia q no tenia el pago reflejado, y todo el tiempo estuvo insistente en que se lo dieramos .. hasta el final no dejaba salir al cliente hasta q se hablo con ellos por medio del cliente. Ya que el hotel no sirven sus numeros, y expedia no soluciono porq nunca se pudieron comunicar.

De entrada se molestaron porque pague dos noches extra por medio de la app, querían q afuerza pagara en efectivo, el hotel muy deteriorado, muy ruidoso, no pude dormir por ello, lo único bueno es la cercanía al zócalo, que si me volvería a hospedar en este hotel, definitivamente NO!

No respetaron mi reservacion garantizada, tuve que buscar mas de dos horas hote, pesimo servicio en la recepción, no pudieron solucionar nada.
