We have a wonderful time in the city. Easy walking distance to sun shine city shopping center and train station.

Great airport shuttle to the HND airport. Far from city, but uber/taxi options are great. View is nice too (can see airport). Would stay again!

Complementary breakfast was appreciated

The wifi is good.

Lovely spacious room close to the airport, they have a free shuttle from B1 floor in the morning so perfect for morning flights! They offer free breakfast which is either Japanese or western which if your picky it’s not the best and the shower head didn’t want to aim into the bath and kept rotating back to the wall so was hard to shower but other than that it’s a good hotel and easy before a flight out! Family mart at the end of the road about 3 min walk away too

The most convenient thing is that the airport is closest and the shuttle bus runs every hour.

Charge for 3 people but only got the room for 2 people.

Room was stuffy & humid when entering, but the A/C took care of that. Had a little trouble scanning one of the passports during automatic check-in, but the attendant helped us out.

Hotel was in good condition cleaned. And best part is shutle service to airport.
But could be better service there. I arrived 15-20 minnearlier than 3.00 pm checkin time. There was no body in reception all automatic kiosks. And I tried to checkin with it. Not accepted then some body come from back room and said not check in time.
So wait until exact 3.00 pm. That was sooo cold.
I mean service cold lounge and dining area was so hot and airless. Smell bitter cooking air. Gave us breakfast to option plate western and eastern type but was not so good.

The room was comfortable but the air conditioning turned off and the remote wouldn’t work to turn it back on. Instructions on how to use the remote were fine but had to figure out how to turn the conditioner on manually

Overly automated and trimmed down. Breakfast was one of the worst I ever had. Bed itself was comfortable.

Perfect for a quick stay before heading out from Haneda! Highly recommend.

Excellent airport hotel. We were able to find shuttle to the airport easily, and on our way back when the shuttle wasn't operational, they called a cab for us which arrived in a minute.
Three twin beds was super convenient as I was traveling with my children.
The hotel is very close to trains, and also to the Anamirie Inari shrines, which is beautiful and less crowded than the other main shrines.

Pillow was horrible, Took half night to figure out how to turn off bathroom light. Also air conditioner turned off and it got very hot.
Plus side amazing tub and toilet. But over all really rough sleep in fact worst I ever had

The rooms are great. Shuttles are 1 hr intervals which sucks. Very clean property. Self serve check in which was cool. Great location very near the airport. Great neighbourhood and very close to Anamori Shrine, family mart, restaurants. They need to put black out blinds/curtain. Free breakfast, they serve American set breakfast meal and Japanese set meal (the mackerel was so good). Overall will definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel.

Rooms were very clean and appropriately stocked. Hours for airport shuttle and restaurant were less than ideal. Easy location to HICITY and the train station or monorail. Would stay here again for sure.

I stay here for two weeks twice a year. I love the location, light breakfast and everything about this hotel.

Very comfortable, clean & quiet despite being close to the airport. The breakfast was ample and tastey.

For other meals, there are various small restaurants on a side street about 500-600 metres past the Inari Shinto Shrine. The Swan Bakery on the main street is a good place for coffee/tea and lunch.

The Inari Shinto Shrine is beautiful.
