I like the location
The hotel floor and the walls was dirty, some of the room didn’t have bath mat
部屋は広くて清潔です。 ベッドも快適。ベッド横にコンセントがあります。空港送迎、冷蔵庫、フェイスタオルはありません。遅い便で着いたのですが22時でルームサービスが終わるので注意。氷は取りに行けばもらえました。朝食は美味しかったです。値段の割に良いと思います。
Pro: easy to get in and out, near the mainstreet ; breakfast is good (continental), staff is attentive.
Cons: bed quality is not that good, pillow cover has stain, bathroom shower need to be replaced,

The staff was so kind and accommodating. I ordered room service one night and even though something I asked for wasn't readily available at the time, the incredible kitchen staff called me back within minutes having pulled some strings and brought one of the most delicious dinners I had my whole trip. Amazing breakfast options as well. I was overly impressed with how generous and kind the hotel was, and the quality and care of the premises. It's proximity to the airport is also a great plus. Highly recommend to anyone spending time in Jogjakarta!

I had already booked a room with 1 bed long and paid in full, but after arriving there, the check in room I ordered was full, so it was replaced with a room with 2 beds, the reason for being someone else, what function do we book ?
Breakfast should be more vary. By the way, we really enjoyed our 3 nights stay at the hotel.
i had morning flight with traffic due to lebaran holiday. hotel spot was great.
Very dissaponted at all, imagine that the a/c wasnt cool, warm as I say because the wall was glass, secondly the room was dusty, third on second day I stay the door wasnt close properly while I open, imagine if somebody come to our room and take some of our stuff...???, fourth once the sfaff come to our room after knocking the door then straight away open without waiting the answer from us, that is not politely, fifth food for breakfast were really really messy, when I complained to the hotel manager, she never say sorry for all those things happen. Due to traffic this hotel is close to airport. Bank, restaurant, small stores. Breakfast menu is limited,but dining room may open earlier to accommodate our early flight.
my stay was okay. staf was friendly. room ok but some of the days the bed was not made and bedsheets were not changed. staf friendly. worth for a 3 star value. food was not up to the standard of a 3 star. should improve on food
The hotel and the room itself were in good condition. However, the service was horrible. First, breakfast was suppose to be buffet style and start at 6am. We had a long day so were we wanted to leave as soon as possible after having breakfast. When we got downstairs we were told that due to low occupancy breakfast would be a la carte, which is fair enough. However, it took the chef over an hour to prepare one plate of fried rice and one plate of fried noodles. At any Warung in Indonesia this would take 5 mins to prepare, and we were the only guests up that early eating breakfast. We had also ordered fried bananas and those did not arrive at the table until it was already 730. We had booked a car and driver that day from 630 thinking that breakfast would be quick. When we got back to the hotel to check out our key cards wouldn't work. The hotel staff tried again and again to no avail to fix them. Needless to say we had wasted another 20 mins waiting for someone to come fix the problem. In the end, the hotel was nice but the service was poor.
