It’s ok if you need to do something in the area
Pros:

Bigger rooms than other hotels

Cons:

Not enough western breakfast options or GF options for westerns.
Some of The young staff is very rude even when we spoke Japanese. Very inflexible. After a 12 day stay, part of it two rooms they didn’t allow one extra hour for check out without requiring an extra fee.

宿泊時、タイミングが悪かったのもありますが大浴場に行けなかった事。
チェックイン時、フロントの方の臨機応変が無く残念でした。
元から予約者では無いものが部屋に入るのは行けない事は分かっていましたが、上の方と相談するなど、なにか出来ることが無いか考えて頂けたら良かったのですが最初から無理ですと断れると、利用される難しいお客様に予約するなと言われてるようで悲しかったです。今後利用するか検討させて頂きたいくらいです。本当に残念です。今までとても気持ちよく利用させて頂けたのですが…
