Cleanliness, breakfast variety
Breakfast was great; the staff is very responsive and nice. It's close to the campus, which is convenient for me.

Variety of choice of breakfast, very near to the University where I am attending the conference. They even have shuttle to go to the University.

Old room.
Very friendly staff, who make very long hours. I kept seeing the same smiling people from early in the morning until after dinner. The location is perfect for visits to the university and the breakfast buffet was simple but good.
The facilities are old and my aircon was broken while a friend in another room had no hot water (for days). The place needs an overhaul.
The hotel waa quiet. It had a good buffet breakfast in a nice environment with fountain and outdoor seating. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The bathroom was dated and flooded when I took a shower. It wasn't that clean. Also the beds very very soft.
