スタッフの対応良かった
良い、と思えることはありません
まず、施設が古いのは仕方がないとして、清潔感はない
酷かったのは対応です
お風呂の湯を抜いた時にトイレまで水が漏れ、4〜5センチは溜まりました。すぐに排水にはなるものの、それでは安心してバスルームを使えません。なので、部屋を変えてほしいと申し出たところ、一度は変えるとのことだったのに、次には、水は抜けているのでそのままで使ってほしい、またそのような状態になったら変えますとの連絡がありました
また同じ思いをするのは嫌だと伝えたのですが、そうなってから変える、は変わりなく、
部屋に戻るのが22時ころで、試してみてやはり水が漏れたと連絡し、部屋を変えてもらうまで1時間ほどは待たされ、新しい部屋に落ち着いたのは夜中の12時前でした。
安心してゆっくりできるはずの時間が反故にされました！
部屋に戻るまでの1日を、そのやりとりで時間を取られ、不安のなかで過ごしました。
普通私は、少しくらい古かろうが狭かろうが、お安く泊まれたんだからと不満は持たないのですが、ここばかりは許せませんでした
もう一つ、その夜中に一階にアルコールスプレーを取りに行ったところ、外国人の方がチェックインできずに困っていました
タブレットなどでチェックインできるという手軽さは確かにありますが、また同じ思いのそんなときのサポートが十分でないことを感じました
私自身チェックアウトがわからなくて、電話で手続きをしました
あらゆる対応の改善を要求します！
宿泊費も返して欲しいくらいでしたが、３０００円だけの返金ということでこれも不満です。
こんなにひどいとところに泊まったのは、本当に初めてです
Hôtel fonctionnel avec le nécessaire qui dépanne bien pour passer une nuit à moindre coût. Tout près d’une rue très animée pour dîner, et j’ai aimé le design de l’hôtel.
Malheureusement, la jeune femme chargée de l’accueil était extrêmement désagréable, n’avait pas du tout l’air d’avoir envie d’être là.
駅近で、チェックイン前に、荷物を預けられた。女性専用で安心。インナーが準備されていた。
特に無し。
中央線のアクセスが良かった。前日の移動アクセスが良かった。
朝の化粧鏡前を占有されたため使えず困った。混雑時間帯は短時間利用にするよう促してほしい。
近車站、價格便宜
即使住兩個晚上以上仍要把床位清空，行李無法拿到睡覺樓層。用qr-code紙卡解鎖置物櫃有些麻煩。
離車站真的蠻近的

カプセル数に対してシャワーが少なくて12時過ぎまで混雑してる。
あと、下段が空いてるなら下段に寝かせて欲しかった。
（下に人がいたら寝返りうつにも気を使うし、掃除たって下段の方がやりやすいのではないのかな？）
