Totally bad
Pros:

Terrible, no service at all . Won’t stay at the motel anymore no floor mat , no bath towels really run down place totally different what you see at the web page. I should take photos due to I check in around 9pm and was very tired that why I never took any photos .

Pros:

The location of the boutique hotel is very strategic as it is located opposite MRT. Sunway Giza and Sunway Nexis are located at two different ends of the shop row. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and sufficiently accommodate two persons. The only con is the poor sound proofing system. We could hear what the others from the corridor talked about.

Pros:

Checking in and out service is good. There is also a massage chair in our family room. No lift, only stairs. Toothbrush is not available, the receptionist mention that it will be available next month. I hv young kids, not really suitable for them.

The hotel.
Pros:

Our rooms at 2nd floor, me and my pregnant wife have to take stairs in order for us to get to our room.
It's not so inconvenience for a senior citizens or a pregnant women to walk upstairs.
Other than that the toilet floors a bit slippery probably the material of it.

Clean budget hotel
Pros:

Thumbs up for convenient location and clean, abit hard to find parking during day time.

Area to improve: sound proof, towels whiteness and may provide tooth brush.

Overall, satisfy with my stay. Will come again =)
