Nice & Good environment

The staff who did the registration when I checked in around 1pm was humble & courteous. Much later , I went down personally ard 11pm to get a bottle of water, the indian guy receptionist was v rude . There was no guest at that time for him to get agitated when I humbly request for a bottle of water. I don't think I will come back to this hotel. again .

1. Staff are super nice and polite.
2. Bed is very hard, didn’t sleep well.
3. Noise from the road right in front made it not so easy to fall asleep.
4. Air con was cool and nice
5. Shower was warm and strong enough.
6. Sealant and some parts of the walls in bathroom either too old or moulded and appeared dark
7. No fridge
8. Convenient location of quite some restaurants within walking distance

裝修設施舊 但整潔 性價比高
周邊有頗多食肆選擇，對面有幾間開到很晚，食宵夜也得方便。
附近沒有商場，要call車才能到達。

Like:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area is near nice eateries, within walking distance. The room is spacious. Need access card for lift.

Dislike:

Many silverfish found in the room ceiling, wall and on bed. Internet is very unstable at first. Only after the staff reset twice then stabilised. Safe without battery thus unable to use. If stay near the road, is very very noisy even into late / middle of the night, not suitable for light sleepers.

A nice and convenient accomodation in Mt Austin. Easy to park bit must put coupon for day parking

The location is convenient if you want to explore Austin. Good for a short stay as the place is clean, bed and pillow is comfy. 2 queen bed makes it very affordable for a family of 4.

For the price (excludes MY tax of RM10 per night that you have to pay at the hotel), it is a safe place with some eateries (e.g. mcdonalds, the toast) within walkable distance. Room is clean.

Nothing much to complain about if you just need a reasonably priced stay. Downside is that the walls are not really soundproof, so you may hear people talking or toilet flushing sound at night.

The staff was professional and helpful. Not an issue for safety as they hire security during night time and they also have key access in the lift, i.e., only hotel guests are able to access hotel room levels with their room keycards. Location is near to happenings at Mt Austin. Staff advised that the checks for parking usually starts from 9am onwards so advisable to place parking coupons - the hotel may provide coupons but unsure as we had our own. Only thing is they only provide a 3-in-1 shampoo in the toilet so something to note if you are not bringing your own shampoo/shower gel.
