Pros:

one of the building dont have lift to elderly they ask to use staircase... have lift staff asking for more money payment.

Very honest, friendly & helpful staff
Pros:

Staff is very friendly & helpful thoughout our stay from 7-10 Mar, room 103 & room 106.

When checking in on 7 Mar around 2.55pm, a lady staff / receptionist was very honest to return me the extra RM$200 I over paid. I wish I got her name. Pl thank her again!!

Pros:

We only stay here for a night, check in was quite late and we checked out early morning the next day so not able to provide further information, rooms was quite spacious, staff quite nice & overall quite a pleasant experience here.
