Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sauber und ruhig gelegen, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Lanxess Arena sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Würde es immer wieder buchen.

Cons:

Leider war die kleine Bar, die sehr gemütlich aussah, wegen Personalmangel abends nicht geöffnet.

Frühstück gut, Lage für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut (Lanxess Arena), Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wenige Parkmöglichkeiten,kann aber nicht geändert werden, Hotel ist in einem Wohngebiet. Parkhaus ist in der Nähe.

Gute Unterkunft für Kurztrip nach Köln
Pros:

Lage günstig in der Nähe der Lanxess-Arena, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Köln noch günstig, viel Gastronomie in der Nähe

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal in dem Hotel und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Zur LanxessArena, zum Bahnhof Köln-Deutz und zur Messe sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.
Die Altstadt / Kölner Dom erreicht man ebenfalls gut zu Fuß.
Das Hotel befindet sich un einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber.
Auf dem Zimmer stand eine Flasche Wasser zum Empfang. Im Foyer ist ferner ein Wasserspender, an welchem man sich jederzeit etwas zum Trinken herauslassen kann.

Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthal
Pros:

Der Service und die Lage sind besonders hervorzuheben. Es war alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen. In ca 5 Gehminuten ist man an der LANXESS Arena und es gibt einen Späti in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Der Service war vom ersten Telefonat an sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, ich musste kurzfristig buchen und hatte mehrere Rückfragen für die spontane Buchung. Beim Check Out haben wir noch einen leckeren Coffee to Go im Bistro erhalten und konnten entspannt die Rückfahrt antreten. Die Parkplätze befinden sich hinter dem Hotel.
Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat ein wenig nach Parfüm gerochen, leider habe ich eine starke Allergie. Ich bevorzuge Unterkünfte die durchweg neural riechen. Vielleicht war es auch einfach ein Gast der viel Parfüm benutzt hat..

La gentilezza dello staff

Cons:

Quando siamo arrivati, la reception era chiusa e non c’era la carta igienica. Abbiamo chiamato al numero indicato, ma ci hanno detto che nessuno ce l’avrebbe portata fino all’indomani il giorno dopo non ci hanno dato gli asciugamani per fare la doccia.

Für einzelne Übernachtungen okay - längere Aufenthalte keinesfalls

Preis/Leistung ist okay

Cons:

Benutzte Gläser/Leere Wasserflaschen, volle Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon, tropfnasses Handtuch in der Dusche, kaputte Nachtlichter und nur eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier. Der reinigungsdienst sollte unbedingt geschult oder genauer betrachtet werden.
