good for a city break
Pros:

Breakfast was good, continental type; we had a room with a balcony, which was good. the hotel is close by the city center (25 min walk) but there are restaurants and shops nearby. there is hotel parking (for a fee) which is convenient. hotel interior is a bit old, but everything is clean, which for us is more important. if you arrive out of working hours, there is a safe which you can get your key from.

Cons:

Room was a bit too small for us (2x adults with 1 small child). There is no staff (we only saw 1 person at breakfast), so if you need anything, i am not sure how you will go about it.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.

Cons:

Teppich war sehr dreckig!
Heizung funktioniert nur bis 21:00/22:00 Uhr, Putzfrau lässt die Fenster offen (im Winter), wenn man Abends zurück kommt, ist es sehr kalt und wenn man Pech hat funktioniert die Heizung dann auch nicht mehr.

Great location.
Pros:

It was a perfect base for our one night stay in Cologne. Quiet location with parking, friendly helpful staff and easy 20 minute walk to the centre.

Cons:

The soap had run out in the shower room which was not discovered until next morning as we were leaving.

Für einen Kurztrip immer wieder.
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Arena ist super, nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß . Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gutes Frühstück ,stetig aufgefüllt . Für 1-2Nächte ausreichend. Das Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig .

Cons:

Das Bad leicht abgeranzt aber sauber.

Der hotel chef, sehr charmant war sich nicht zu fein mir bei meinem Gepäck zu helfen, es gab auch ein lecker Kölsch auf Kosten des Hauses. Jederzeit komme ich gerne wieder, evtl mit Freunden...
