Noch Luft nach oben
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral und ruhig.
Das Frühstück war gut, eine gute Auswahl und es wurde regelmäßig geschaut und aufgefüllt.
Es gab (begrenzte) Parkmöglichkeiten hinter dem Hotel, was okay war und das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war es leider ziemlich staubig. Man sah schon auf dem Ständer des Tischlichtes den Staub und das zog sich leider durch das ganze Zimmer und den Unterschrank im Bad.
Der Teppich im Zimmer wie auch auf dem Flur war fleckig und könnte auch mal eine Reinigung gebrauchen.
Die Sauberkeit im Hotelbereich (Eingang, Rezeption, Frühstücksraum, Treppenhaus) war sauber und alles in Ordnung.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr hellhörig 😔.

Fazit: Es war okay, jedoch würden wir es
nicht wieder buchen wollen.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage zur Messe ist gut.

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel gehört generalsaniert. Man konnte durch die Wände alles hören.
Das Frühstück war für 20 Euro so lieblos und kahl. Ebenso der Frühstücksraum.

Das Hotel liegt super für einen Besuch in der Lanxess Arena.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir in einem Doppelzimmer zwei Wassergläser gewünscht.

Forsømt hotel med minimal service, som max burde have 1+ stjerne
Pros:

Sengetøjet var rent. Medarbejderen, som skulle hjælpe med nøglen, skulle først have fri fra et andet hotel. Han var meget undskyldende, men vi hørte intet fra manageren.

Cons:

Nøglen til værelset var udleveret til andre gæster, og vi måtte vente halvanden time på at få et andet værelse. Morgenmaden var meget sparsom, og når man bad om at få fyldt op, skete det kun for noget af maden. Udover sengen var værelset snavset, da der ikke blev støvsuget.

Nuttig maar teleurstellend
Pros:

Comfortabele bedden en beddengoed.

Cons:

Geen personeel bij aankomst (wisten we), doucheputje zodanig verstopt dat douchen onmogelijk was. Niet alle verlichting werkte. Schoonmaak kwam om half 10 gewoon binnen terwijl we nog sliepen, checkout was om 11 uur.

Für eine Nacht ok.
Pros:

Die Lage zur lanxess Arena

Cons:

Zimmer ziemlich dreckig, Flecken auf den Böden, Badezimmer überall der Knies, muss alles renoviert werden.
Frühstück auf dem Bild top aber im realen nicht gut,
Brötchen steinhart und aufgebacken
