Pros:

Excellent.

Cons:

The apartment itself is just perfect. The neighborhood is however bad - with public alcohol consumption, rats and trash everywhere. If you’re uncomfortable with that you may need to consider.

Pros:

The actual room is not half bad if you ignore the bugs. Apart from that, the actual hotel is in an okay shape, just all the circumstances around it are horrific.

Cons:

DO NOT STAY HERE! SILVERFISH, HOMELESS PEOPLE, NO STAFF, UNSAFE LOCATION, ETC.
Where do I start.... First and foremost, there is no staff at the property, which made the check-in absolutely horrible and we had to wait for hours to do so. Their system broke down and the customer support team hang up on us, as they didn't speak English. Their AI customer support messaging system told us we can wait 12 hours (till next morning) until a cleaning lady that will let us in comes in. We requested for our money back, no response. The customer support person on the phone was horrible. Secondly, after we (finally) checked-in, we found silverfish in our room (massive ones btw). When we called and informed them again, they did not care nor give our money back, they just hung up the phone. Thirdly, the location is fair commute wise (relatively local and the public transport stops are nearby), yet it is in a very sketchy area and the neighbours are social housing unit. Thus, there was always some very sketchy folk hanging around, which made us, two young women, very unsafe. We saw people openly using drugs, drinking, lots of shouting and arguing, especially if you are trying to get back from the tram stop later in the day. And lastly, during the days (hence again, because there is no staff), there are always homeless people hanging around in the lobby. During the day they come in to charge their phones and nap, which makes you feel very unsafe. I tried working on my laptop in the lobby but they kept approaching and bothering... There is no staff to stop them or not let them in. So i wouldn't stay here again. Please avoid.

Pros:

El precio, todo el mobiliario nuevo, las instalaciones, las comunicaciones con el transporte público, la lavandería, la limpieza, el rincón del dormitorio y el baño. También la Nespresso.

Cons:

El mínimo espacio que había para poder cocinar, el sofá era muy incómodo.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Das Bett war etwas hart. Durch die direkte Lage an der S Bahn war es sehr laut. Das Handtuch war schmutzig.

Sehr durchwachsenen, Hotel ist noch nicht soweit fertig, um Gäste zu beherbergen!
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer war so laut, das man Nachts nicht schlafen konnte wegen der Lüftung!!!!
Das zweite Zimmer war sehr kalt, die Heizung konnte man nicht höher drehen. Es hatte Nachts gefroren und ich musste in einem kalten Zimmer schlafen.
Mir wurde lediglich eine zweite Decke angeboten.
