Pros:

Das Zimmer war ansprechend und praktisch eingerichtet und sauber.
Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig.
Das Umfeld gegenüber dem Haus ist nicht schön. Für das Übernachten ist das Haus gut geeignet.

Sehr frustrierend
Pros:

An sich ist das eine ganz gute Lösung. Leider ist der ganze Bau noch im Renovierung Modus und es wird auch auf Baulärm hingewiesen.
Leider erst bei Betreten des Zimmers

Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht, der Fernseher ging nicht
Die Gardinen vielen von der Stange
Der Checkin lief chaotisch
Wir haben den Tür Code erst nach dem Checkin bekommen
Wir konnten nur in die Rezeption hinein, weil ein anderer Hotelgast uns reingelassen hat
Die Klimaanlage ist nachts zu laut
Die Matratzen sind sehr hart
Bettdecken zu dünn
Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war in Ordnung. Es wurde wegen des nicht funktionierenden Fernsehers ein Nachlass von 15 % zugesagt auf die bestehende Buchung ,dieser dann aber doch nicht gewährt und wir wurden vertröstet mit einer zehnprozentigen Rabattierung bei der nächsten Buchung.
Das ist natürlich Mist
Wir werden dort nie wieder buchen

Falta caliu. Vam tenir un problema amb la clau d’entrada. Es va resoldre amb 1 hora.

Waren wieder gerne Gast, um Wettkämpfe in der Schwimmhalle gleich gegenüber zu verfolgen. Dafür optimal!

Cons:

Hatten dieses Mal ein Zimmer zur S-Bahn-Seite, was bei Durchsagen am Bahnsteig relativ laut war. Eingeschlepptes Streugut wurde leider nicht vom Flur beseitigt.

Gutes Miniappartment für die Berlinale.
Pros:

Direkt an der S-Bahn Station. Personal sehr engagiert.

Cons:

Man hatte die Zimmer rund um die Baustelle nicht vergeben dürfen. Aber man hat versucht, uns umzusetzen.

We really enjoyed our stay, minus the construction noise
Pros:

The apartment is just like the photos. Not lots of space but pretty comfortable for 2 people. It was also my birthday and they gifted me some sweets, which was super nice of them!

Cons:

There is construction happening in the building. We were working remotely so the noise was very annoying as we spent a lot of time in the room. On Saturday the works start as early at 7am which makes it impossible to sleep.
We believe they should warn people about this before their stay, not just upon arrival.
