Overall the place was in a great location for exploring Berlin, but at this price point it was okay.
Pros:

I liked the self service and the ability to check in and out at the kiosk. I also like the location as its directly near a train station. The room was nice and bathroom was spacious with a nice shower with a lot of hot water.

Cons:

The room was not the most clean. Under the couch and bed was a lot of dirt and dust. The WIFI was extremely weak and would only work in certain sports in the room and continuously turn on and off. This made work on the laptop extremely difficult. There is no do not disturb card so cleaning lady came in despite my door being locked with deadbolt. That means the door is never fully locked, so beware of your belongings.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber zweckmäßig. Die Betten sind bequem.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unangemessen. Meine minderjährige Tochter ist bei der DJM in der benachbarten SSE geschwommen. Leider war es nicht möglich, dass sie trotz zweimaliger telefonischer Anfrage plus einer schriftlichen Anfrage ein Zimmer neben meinen Eltern bekommen hat. Sie war alleine in einem Stockwerk und konnte das von meinen Eltern nicht betreten, da es unterschiedliche Karten für das jeweilige Stockwerk gibt. Ein Fiasko für diesen Preis! Zudem war keine Person vor Ort ansprechbar, meine vierzehnjährige Tochter war völlig aufgelöst. Als ich endlich aus der Ferne jemand an das Telefon bekommen habe, hieß es, ich solle doch den Notarzt rufen. Am nächsten Tag war aber ihr schwer erkämpfter Start bei den Deutschen Jahrgangsmeisterschaften geplant! So einen schlechten Service für so einen hohen Preis (zwei Mal 608 Euro für drei Nächte in so einem kleinen Zimmer!) kann sich nur Berlin leisten! Schade!

Все чудово.

Cons:

Дуже складна реєстрація. Коли приїхали в перший день, то нікого з персоналу не було. А ми не розуміли, до кого звернутись, щоб потрапити в номер. Допомагали сторонні особи. Також не сподобалось, що за 8 днів сміття викинули тільки один раз через два дні. Потім відро переповнено було до самого нашого від'їзду. Все решта дуже добре.

Kurz Trip
Pros:

Prinzipiell hat das Zimmer alles was man benötigt.
Küchenzeile, Besteck, Spühlmarschnie ( jedoch muss man eigene Taps mitnehmen), etc.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank hat den kompletten Aufenthalt (2 Tage) lang nicht funktioniert...

Das was ich brauchte, habe ich bekommen: eine saubere Unterkunft
Pros:

Die direkte Umgebung ist ziemlich nicht wirklich ansprechend.
Die Lage direkt am S-Bahnhof und in der Nähe der Landsberger Allee ist sehr praktisch
