a estadia foi perfeita e repetirei em outras oportunidades.
Pros:

A acomodação é muito bem localizada com transporte publico a poucos passos. O apartamento tem tudo que é necessário para uma estadia mais longa (ficamos 1 mes). Tudo foi muto fácil.

Cons:

The pillows were terrible… they should have been discarded long ago… I don’t think management has ever checked the condition of the bedding in the rooms.

Excellent apartment 4km from Berlin CBD
Pros:

The self check-in process was simple and fast. The room was very comfortable with table, lounge, desk & chair, double bed and plenty of storage. The in-room cooking facilities were excellent with kettle, pod machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and hob. There was plenty of cooking and eating implements for my purposes. The location, at Landsberger Allee, gave easy access to bus, tram and train stops so getting around the city was easy.

La zona en la que está situada el apartamento está muy bien comunicada por transporte público

Cuando llegó el día de volver, la limpiadora no hacía más que pegar a la puerta, horas antes de que dieran las 11 y una de las veces tuve que hacer fuerza con la puerta para que no entrara, todo esto sin haber llegado la hora de hacer el check out

Çok temiz bir tesis. Daha önce konakladığım yerden hijyenik olmadiğından ayrılmak zorunda kaldım. Alerjik semptomlar baş göstermişti. Smartmrnts de yer buldum ve buraya geldim. Beklediğimden daha temiz ve en önemlisi nefes alabildim. Benim için hijyen öncelik ve sadece bu sebepten bile tercih edilir bir tesis. Içinde mini mutfağı aperatif hazırlamak için uygun. Kendi kendine giriş ve gündüz kat temizlikcileri hariç personel bulunmamakta. Buna rağmen tesis içi çok güvenilir. Çok memnun kaldım. S bahn Tram ve otobüs, 3 ayrı ulaşım tesis yanı ve cok yakınında. Ayrıca rewe ve dm marketlerde yakınında olması da çok güzel

距離地鐵站非常近，旅宿對面有一個通道直達月台。
對面有好吃的義大利和 kebab 餐點，旁邊也有 DM 和 REWE。
洗衣區操作簡單也很智能，雖然我寧願不使用推薦的 APP，反而令人困惑。
大致上乾淨、安靜、住得舒適，水熱得很快、水壓很足夠。

Cons:

蓮蓬頭有黃垢、料理刀子非常鈍，什麼都切不了、垃圾室太亂了但當然是跟旅客素質有關。
枕頭有點太扁太鬆散。
旅宿有提供額外的服務，例如房間掛畫和大廳點心，可惜都剛好壞了？
