Pros:

A really nice apartment for a short stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was even a moka pot and some coffee, which was such a pleasant surprise. The little balcony was lovely for having a coffee and enjoying the quiet atmosphere. We only stayed for one night after a late evening flight, but I would definitely stay here again :)

de ser novo, da decoracao e do acabamento , do estacionamento, do equipamwento de cozinha

Cons:

do cano do chuveiro que é muito quente e queimou meu corpo ao encostar; tambem o anfitriao poderia ter avisado que a chave estava em cima da mesa; um dos blackouts da sala nao estava funcionando e entrava claridade de manha. Mas isto nao invalida a otima hospedagem

Cons:

Einige Fotos sind aus anderen Angeboten ( scheint eine Kette zu sein) , was leicht an den anderen Möbeln zu erkennen ist.
Damit war nicht klar, dass es eine ordinäre Kellerwohnung ist. Vornehm wurde es als Semi Basement bezeichnet - erst als wir es gebucht hatten.

Pros:

Location was good, fairly fast to city centre. Recommend UBER course parking in ZD centre is a hassle. Clean. Nice setup in apartment. Main bed was great. Big room.

Cons:

Extra sofa bed was really uncomfortable and squeaky. For a day or two or with very small kids ok, longer then that I would not recommend.

nice place but the washing machine was not available on arrival.

nice newer apartment, clean, parking included. Very close to a really nice restaurant.

Washing machine was not available on arrival, the hosts were using it to wash towels from other units.
