Really comfy beds and a cracking shower and the room is lovely
There is no staff so you don't really get a personal touch however the biggest gripe was an unidentified sound that didn't stop all night. It wasn't especially loud but one of those consistent things that drive mad.
Elegantly decorated.
Nothing.
It was beautifully decorated and designed. Our room had everything we needed for an overnight stay and it was really comfortable.

Lovely decor and there appeared to be a nice range of teas and coffees in the reception area although I never tried them myself. Clean and comfortable bed. Check in and self access easy
The bathroom floor was icy cold and there was a bit of paint peeling in the bathroom where the condensation obviously collects but I appreciate ventilation can be tricky with older buildings and original features.
It was excellently presented , warm, clean and comfortable.
Nothing
Perfect position. Close to quite a few places to eat and drink. A nice walk with the dog to Edgebaston reservoir
Very difficult to shower without soaking the floor as we had a disabled room.
I was in the small double but I didnt think it was that small and it had a quirky layout that I liked.
Breakfast at the pub across the way was included and was excellent and way better than expected.
Coffee bags were not nice and tv didnt work very well due to poor signal.
It's super clean, they have a fridge in the lounge with fresh milk & coffee machine .
Very quiet in the night .
The TV didn't work at all , & we couldn't see any electrical point to put it on.
It was 10pm & the site doesn't have any one to ask .
In the morning l asked the housekeeping lady & she didn't know how to do it either.
We have stayed 2 times before in a cheaper room with no trouble.
Excellent clean, comfortable rooms and very welcoming for those travelling with dogs.
