Wonderful stay. Will return if need to stay in Birmingham again.
Pros:

I stayed in room 12 which was a lovely room. The room was well presented & had everything you could need. The shower was v good also. I had a lovely meal in the adjacent gastro pub. Staff warm & friendly.

quiet and relaxed, as it was a stay for work, that was ideal

Cons:

2 years ago, I had room 5, which exceeded expectations and was stunning.
I was surprised that room 9 was considerably smaller, still very nice so, but the comfy yellow armchair in the picture was replaced by a very uncomfortable little wooden chair.
Not much options to sit comfortably in room 9
As the room was smallish I put the the suitcase on top of the wardrobe, when I found out, there hasn't been dusted for a while and spects of fluff came down, but otherwise the room was nicely clean,

We had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend to others to stay here
Pros:

This was a lovely room and we loved our stay here. We felt it was really great value for money and we'd definitely stay again. Parking and checking in and out was really straightforward and easy and the bed was very comfortable.

Comfortable room.
Pros:

Air conditioned and quiet, comfortable room. Well equipped. Decent shower. Very nice breakfast although portions were very large. Good location in a nice part of town

Cons:

Decor could do with a lick of paint and a shaving mirror would be nice.

On a apprécié les boissons chaudes à disposition dans l’entrée de la maison en libre service
Et l’ambiance « manoir hanté »
Petit déjeuner très copieux et on peut prendre tout ce qu’on souhaite, accueil très chaleureux au restaurant

Cons:

La personne qui nettoyait la chambre nous a un peu pressée alors qu’on sortait se balader
