Will happily reserve again any time.
Pros:

Unlike the fancy over priced hotels, this place was extremely affordable and came with a balcony view over seeing the mountains and the stream as advertised for the 2 queen bed room. The fridge had plenty of space for 2-3 days of food. What most people don’t realize is that the building has some age on it. My room door from time to time would beep, however the staff was quick to show me the tricks to the place to get it back to normal. The building has an old school comfortable vibe to it like what I grew up with. By day 3 of my stay I was not ready to go back home that room felt like I was already at home. Right on the other side of the facility is the gondola that looks over the whole city within walking distance, and plenty of places to eat nearby within walking distance as well.

Cons:

Early in the day, finding a parking spot is fairly easy but, as the sun goes down the parking lot fills up fast. Other than that I loved my stay there. I am a simple guy that does not need all the bells and whistles to be happy. This place had just what I needed to be happy.

Great hotel
Pros:

The Room had an awesome deck that overlooked the river. It was very quiet. Close to downtown and all of the restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing was bad, but if I had to pick something, the rooms are a little dated

Great stopover location
Pros:

The location was good although it was a bit of a walk to the beautiful town centre and the excellent Tommyknocker brewery. There was also a big supermarket nearby which was helpful. The room was a good size and the balcony looking out on the mountain and river was a lovely feature.

Cons:

Nothing really although the decor was dark and a bit tired

Comfortable overnight stay at dated property.
Pros:

Our room was comfortable for an over night stay. The balcony overlooking the creek was nice.

Disappointed with this place. Would not recommend.
Pros:

Creekside.

Cons:

Room was substandard. Holes in the walls, no toiletries in the shower, holes in screen door allowing bugs in, chipping paint, only 2 very flat pillows.

Excellent value for location and cleanliness!
Pros:

Love the location next to the stream! Left the balcony door open all night to hear the water while we slept. The location is close enough to walk downtown and not pay for additional parking.

Cons:

I wish the chairs near the stream had been more comfortable. The chairs were old and had been fixed past their prime; some of the other chairs were broken.

I had the most incredible stay I did not want to leave the manager Sunny was so kind happy helpful and just a wonderful
