Excellent value for location and cleanliness!
Pros:

Love the location next to the stream! Left the balcony door open all night to hear the water while we slept. The location is close enough to walk downtown and not pay for additional parking.

Cons:

I wish the chairs near the stream had been more comfortable. The chairs were old and had been fixed past their prime; some of the other chairs were broken.

I had the most incredible stay I did not want to leave the manager Sunny was so kind happy helpful and just a wonderful

The river at an affordable rate was excellent for our trip!

The river location is perfect.

Cons:

The coffee maker in the room was not working, however they had excellent coffee in the hotel lobby! And the mini fridge dind not seem to be working then we found everything thing frozen the next morning....

Not the best but not the worst
Pros:

This is your average motel. Its a little dated and needs some TLC

Cons:

The balcony door lock didn’t work and the threshold in the bathroom had a sharp piece of the metal sticking out

The location was perfect with the sound of water straight out of the back in the view was wonderful

Cons:

The air conditioning was good, but it was too small for the room so I put a fan in front of the air-conditioning to blow it around better

Clear Creek access on property made it the best choice in town.
Pros:

Our room balcony right by Clear Creek. Also, nice common area with stairs to creek side to sit and play in the creek. Near Gandola and could watch them from balcony also. Chairs on balcony to sit and enjoy the relaxing sound of creek. Coffee in lobby.

Cons:

Maybe outdoor area could be kept up a bit better/neater. But, other uses a good stay. Cost redeemed by location on the creek.
