Gute Lage und Komfort – mit kleinen Startschwierigkeiten
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmer sind sauber, gepflegt und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das angrenzende Parkhaus bietet sehr gute und unkomplizierte Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Leider wurde mir im Vorfeld kein Zugangscode für die Eingangstür übermittelt, sodass ich abends vor verschlossener Tür stand. Auch ein Anruf bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer blieb ohne Rückmeldung. Glücklicherweise wusste ich, dass das Hotel zum Hotel Apart gehört, und konnte dort dank des sehr freundlichen Personals den Zugangscode erhalten.

Ebenfalls schade war, dass die Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer defekt war. Kein gravierendes Problem, aber ein Kaffee auf dem Zimmer wäre nach der Ankunft sehr willkommen gewesen.

Ich komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück im Aparthotel war sehr gut. Der Fussweg dorthin keine 5 Minuten.
Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof war für mich ideal.
Auch das Checkin war einfach und alles hat einwandfrei geklappt.

Eine Nacht bei Geschäftsreise. Komfortabel, angenehm, das Geld wert.
Pros:

In 2 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen vom Bahnhof Nord in Rotkreuz. Angenehmer Eingangsbereich mit eigener Bar und Terrasse. Praktisches, sauberes, komfortables Zimmer zu einem korrekten Preis. Frühstück im nahen Partner Hotel in sehr angenehmer Umgebung und mit breitem Angebot.

Wir waren vollauf zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Lage war überraschend gut. Am späteren Abend hat man den Rhytmus der Musik aus der Bar gehört, hat aber bald aufgehört. Wir waren froh, dass wir eine sehr nette Ansprechperson aus der Bar oder Restaurant befragen konnten, wegen Abgabe des Meldescheines. Ach ja und Kaffeekapseln haben gefehlt, die nette Dame von der Bar konnte uns leider nicht aushelfen, hat uns aber mitgeteilt, dass wir ab 6 Uhr morgens im Hotel Apart welche holen könnten.

Cons:

Das Fehlen der Kaffeekapseln. Ein zweites kleines weicheres Kissen wäre der Hit, aber wirklich Luxus.

Pros:

Zimmern waren gut ausgestattet. Upgrade ins Brix war in Ordnung. Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Cons:

Buchung im Juli 2025 war mit Frühstück inklusive gebucht worden, dann gab es im September 2025 die Nachricht, dass das Restaurant Betriebsferien hat und kein Frühstück im Haus angeboten werden kann. Über Nachfrage gab es die Info für die nahegelegenen Cafés und Bäckereien, wo ein Frühstück konsumiert werden kann - natürlich mit zusätzlichen Kosten für mich! Außerdem waren diese zu den Feiertagen nicht geöffnet. Jetzt meine Frage: gibt es keine Rückerstattung meiner Bezahlung des Frühstückes im Hotel laut meiner Buchung? Zusätzlich gab es aufgrund der Betriebsferien im Hotel Brix KEINE Zimmerreinigung an diesen Tagen - habe ich auch mitbezahlt, oder!?!

I have spent 2 pleasant nights at the hotel and I slept very well.
Pros:

The stuff at the restaurant is doing an extra effort to serve any need. I felt at home.

Cons:

The room service can be skipped using a voucher to be put on the bed. If present, then a gift card allows to redeem 5 CHF at the Restaurant.
