Good
Pros:

In some deluxe rooms on the 4th floor windows are like 10m from the spa, so curtains have to be closed at all times. The couch needs an update yesterday, looks and feels very tired. The soap and shower gel bottles need to be checked, our shower gel had run out.
Bed was very comfy, you can order extra pillows beforehand. The blanket could be bigger or just leave two blankets in the rooms. Room size was great.

Pros:

All the personnel were great and very warm! The hotel is always very clean and the room air is really good quality, not too dry even after a great night sleep!

Cons:

I would say that the overall stay was great but was misleading even though I chose the spa area and it did not cover the whole area. Would be better with or without the sauna-wellness and not divide the sauna and wellness.

Nice visit with family - aquapark, nice dinner in Joyce and a good night sleep.
Pros:

Option to add extra cot for our little one and delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Pool was closed for maintenance, but we were informed about it well before our stay. We choose to go to Aura waterpark instead as it is very close to hotel.
