Pros:

The spa was amazing, the front desk people were nice. Great location next to the mall.

Cons:

The restaurant staff they were not nice. I waited more than 15 minutes to get a waiter and i had to call them.to come and serve me.while the restaurant was almost empty. There was a smell in my room it was coming from the sink they told me to.run the hot water it will pass , it did not.

Pros:

Месторасположение в центре города, недалеко от старого города. Неплохой завтрак.

Cons:

Спа не работает почти весь июнь, отель называется Spa&Conference ?
Кроме этого в отеле делать нечего.
Окна номера выходят на улицу, внизу кафе, в котором всю ночь сидела компания и шумели.

Pros:

Bija jau labi, bet gultas neatbilda rakstītajam. Tas izvelkamais kresls ir galīgi garam. Gulēšana gultās nav ērta. Šampūns bija beidzies. Parējais normāli.

Bija dažas neertības. Par gūltam vajadzētu padomāt...

We had an enjoyable stay and would consider returning.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city center. The AHHAA Centre is only a 2-minute walk away. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was nice with a shower, bathtub, sink, and WC. I especially liked the interior design - stylish and modern.
The spa was fantastic, with unlimited access and a wide variety of saunas. I highly recommend trying the salt sauna! The hotel is also connected to a shopping center, making it easy to combine relaxation with shopping.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection tasty options.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Cons:

Bedroom did not have a window. The only window was in the living room, and it could not be opened. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly, so the room temperature remained around 24-25°C. The underground parking was convenient but quite expensive at approximately €25 per night.
Overall, the hotel is somewhat pricey, but considering that breakfast and spa access are included, it still offers good value for money.
