my booking were cancel unilateral by hotel side! really disappointed!
their reason says due to mistake setting up room rate plan! how it could be happening. human errors! affecting your customers pleasure.
unprofessional people.

I’m sorry I have to tell you this but this hotel is overrated. Get the 12th placed in Tripadv so I thought this hotel would be great. In fact, I wasn’t satisfied. I got the dirty bed sheet and when I complained about this and asked to change the room, the receptionist said that they will changed the bed sheet. I try to understand and let them changed it. When the Housekeeping came to changed the bed sheet, he didn’t wear any mask until I asked him to and he went out to looking for the mask :) I mean, this is during the pandemic, why your staff didn’t wear any mask??
The worst part is, when he already changed the bed sheet, it also dirty :) how come you didn’t check on it before you use it?
The room itself didn’t satisfy me, the towel is torn.
I don’t think this hotel also follow the health protocol during this pandemic.

i did my wedding party in this hotel with a garden party concept and it was amazing,all my guest enjoy..all hotel staff and thw wedding organizer was awesome...

room also nice,only bathroom luttle bit dirty and some equipment not working properly...

For those who attended event in Purawisata Jogja, this is perfect place for you since it is within walking distance. However, if you don't have any business in Purawisata you can find another hotel.
The lobby seems to be just renovated and modern. The room was spacious, however the bed, the pillow sheets and blankets were dirty. The breakfast was average with limited menu.

The hotel has goodmambience and has Etnik Cafe and has another good outdoor restaurant. Next to the hotel, there is a traditional performance show. The room is clean and has wifi. If you walk about 5-8 menit to Jl. Ireda, there will be local food that has good Bajigur (drink) and fried singkong. It is cheap.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, which is very spacious and much more luxurious than we expected. The staff are all very helpful. We can easily navigate our way and walk to Jalan Malioboro. We will definitely return to the hotel if we ever plan to visit Jogja in the future.

A thing to note is that the Ramayana ballet show at the amphi theatre next door was especially impressive and not to be missed if you're planning to stay there.

Personals were helpful and very friendly,

I will never book this hotel again and wouldnt recommend it at all!

When cleanliness is important for you, i would strongly advise against it!

For me it wasnt a pleasant stay because it was very disgusting!
Dirty stains on bed sheets and towels!
We claimed and the personal changed it, but it seems like the hotel didnt have any clean sheets/towels - there still were small stains all over the sheets..

The room was without any window, smells very odd.
The Air conditioner was very loud
The bathroom was very old, didnt loked very clean and the shower didnt worked well.

We booked one superior room for our 3D2N stay.

1) Booking - Nobody replies my email that I sent to the reservation department, need to call all the way from my country to get the confirmation of my booking ; Check in - went smoothly and the receptionist is helpful and friendly. The lobby smells good.

2) Room - stain on sheet, smelly and only super soft pillow. The bathroom was really really smelly and dirty. Noisy air-condition in the room, we don't complaint as we came back very late at night.

3) Food - Nothing is good. Just so so. Slow service, there was no one but the food came after 30 minutes.

4) Location - Strategic enough. Easy to go to everywhere, there is a beca service outside the hotel, also the 24 hours market, and bank as well.

I will consider this place in the future, but please do the maintenance accordingly. Especially the smelly bathroom (urghh I just cant stand with the smells).

In a nut-shell, i have least recommendation to upcoming traveller to visit JogJa please find some other place to stay even you are on budget

it’s not that cheap anyway but you surely will expect complete dissatisfaction from all area of the hospitality and services and quality..

about the location nothing special except it’s attached to pura wisata the venue for whom intended to wtach the ramayana ballet show...that’s it

This was a garden restaurant with Indonesian buffet. The food was so so, except for the spicy eggplant fries, which was hreat. The peanut brittle was a tasty desert option. They had run out of the cream of mushroom soup.

We spent 3 nights in ayola Taseem Convention Hotel. We stayed in the room number 1017 and the bathroom shower was turn on by itself. So we changed the room. The service was fast. The staff helped us to change the room to the next door. No air dryer was in the room so we need to call the reception to ask for it.The 1st and 2nd night we managed to borrow the air dryer. 3rd night we didn't manage to borrow, the air dryer was lend to other guest. Bring your own air dryer along. Wifi was not strong need to log in again and again. But i found the price was reasonable and cannot ask for more.

Saya menginap di Hotel Ayola Tasneem selama dua hari di kamar deluxe nomor 1020 bersama keluarga. Hal positif dari hotel ini adalah lokasi strategis, halaman yang luas cocok untuk anak-anak kecil berlari-lari, kamar luas dan tempat tidur nyaman. Proses check in dan check out juga cukup cepat.
Hal negatifnya, di kamar tidak ada handuk dan tidak diantar juga sampai harus diambil sendiri ke lobby. Pada hari kedua, air mineral hanya diberikan dua botol dimana seharusnya 3 botol karena saya menambah extra bed. Sarapan dilakukan di cafe yang memiliki banyak pintu masuk, sehingga kelihatannya staf di area restoran susah mengontrol mana yang sudah memberi kupon sarapan dan mana yang belum. Saya ditegur secara ketus oleh seorang staf perempuan saat sedang mengambil makanan karena dituduh belum menyerahkan kupon yang sebetulnya sudah diserahkan oleh suami saya. Pengalaman ini sangat tidak menyenangkan, cukup merusak selera makan, sampai hari kedua saya tidak sarapan lagi di hotel.

The staff are so friendly, helpful and responsive.
It feels like home when I'm welcoming my partner at the hotel lobby.
Location of this hotel is very strategic, in the center of the city but not to crowded like in many hotels in Malioboro.
This hotel has many variant of breakfast menu, western and indonesian. No doubt for the taste, obviously good.

The place was good for the money. A pool would really be a big upgrade. The room itself was clean and did meet our expectations.

The food was nice and the location is good if you want to visit the attractions of the city

Clean hotel.
No smoking room.
Very suitable for family.
Breakfast is good.
Need improvement for security guy at the car entrance. Two mornings i found the security guy was sleeping in his booth at 5 a.m.
Caution for your head when you lay back on the bed. The sidelamp of the bed are quite dangerous.
Overall quite recommended to stay.

the location was not so close with Malioboro or alun alun but you can take becak on the street to take you by 5 minutes to Malioboro / Alun alun.

The staff was nice and really help you and always smile. I really love the ambiance here. So quite yet really homey.

There are only 2 floors here. But, you can hear your next room really well.

I am staying at room 1007. The room is okay, clean, and nice. However, the main concern was the poor reception for mobile phone and also Wifi signal.

The breakfast was so-so, they need a lot improvement for that menu.

Tips for the travellers when using taxi: "Drive to Purawisata" (the location of hotel), because some taxi driver seemed didn't know about "Brigjen Katamso" or "Jalan Ireda" :)

Close to the hotel: a Bakpia shop. You can buy some oleh-oleh (souvenirs) there :)

I stayed here a couple of nights and these are its characteristics:
20 min walking to malboro street and sultans palace
30 min walking to a moto rental
1 h 30 by motorbike to borobudur temple, main attraction in the area
Big clean room and bathroom
Great buffet breakfast included
Slow room service but very cheap food
Next to an authentic indonesian neighbourhoos far from tourism
No window in the room but airconditioning and tv

Spent four nights with family
Great location - far enough from the crowds around Malioboro, but close enough to go to the popular tourist destinations by becak/walking; several highly recommended, affordable lesehan and sate shops also close by
Great atmosphere - nice large garden, spacious outside area provides nice atmosphere
Staff - very friendly, helpful - had a problem with one of the bathroom doors late at night and front office, staff readily available to help
Nice facilities - AC, warm water, clean rooms - definitely getting your money's worth
Room for improvement: (1) Breakfast menu - more fruits; eggs should be readily available; milk for coffee (not just creamer) (2) Fresh supply of towels should be provided everytime room is cleaned, had to ask for new supplies several times (3) WiFi - reasonably good but needs to be more stable (4) Was not able to get a queen bed for one of the two rooms I reserved - more should be made available

Spacious hotel with spacious lobby and restaurant. The signal reception is a bit hard to get, though. The hotel offers WiFi, but I had a hard time to connect. The breakfast is not really being attend for: when we got there at 8 am, the food is not refilled, the table does not have condiments (pepper & salt etc), and we have to ask for white bread (even though we got to choose the filling) and coffee.
