Incredible views, location, and staff - can’t wait to return!
Pros:

The location, views, staff, food, room, WiFi, and spa were all amazing!! It was such an enjoyable experience all around. This hotel has everything you need with such warm, inviting, and accommodating staff. It’s a family run business and you can tell they put a lot of care into serving their guests.

Gaia greeted us when we first checked in and was so sweet! She even mapped out a custom itinerary for us to explore the lake based on some preferences we shared.

The breakfast buffet was incredible too! So many fresh and delicious options! The staff were also so friendly and attentive as well.

I was even able to enjoy their fitness center and spa. You have to reserve a time for the spa so you get the sauna and hot tub all to yourself!

And as someone who works remotely, it’s very important I’m still able to access fast, reliable internet while traveling. This hotel was top notch! Was able to take my video calls with no problem! The WiFi was great!

And of course, you can’t beat the views and location. Breathtaking 180 degree views of the north side of the lake and mountains. It was gorgeous at every hour of the day - we caught some incredible sunsets and even the full moon setting over the mountains in the morning. So tranquil!

I also preferred being a little further away from the main towns. We spent an afternoon in Riva del Garda and it was so much more hectic - very pleased we decided to stay off the beaten path a little. Plus, it was only a short 10-15min walk to Malcesine’s quaint downtown and access to the ferry port to get to other towns. Highly recommend a day trip to Limone!

If you can’t tell, I highly recommend this hotel! And can’t wait to have the opportunity to return myself! :) Grazie Mille!

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest is adding more lighting in the entryway when you enter the room. I had to turn the bathroom light on to see inside the closets. It also would have been nice if a bottle of water was supplied so I didn’t have to go downstairs to ask the staff to fill up my bottle. But these were very minor personal preferences that certainly wouldn’t stop me from rebooking!

Die angenehme Atmosphäre hat wesentlich zum Gelingen unserer Reise beigetragen!
Pros:

Das Angebot beim Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Praktisch war auch, dass ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer stand. Die Ausstattung des Bades ist sehr gut. Sehr schön war der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse (mit Glasverkleidung!).

Cons:

Wenn im Zimmer ein Kühlschrank steht, sollten auch Gläser zur Verfügung stehen! Ein einziger Stuhl als Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer ist etwas dürftig. Die Pflegeprodukte im Bad dürften etwas mehr sein (Hautcreme z. B.).

Pros:

Es war einfach alles super und wir hatten keinerlei Beanstandungen. Die Lage und die schnelle Erreichbarkeit der Altstadt sind ideal für einen Urlaub in Malcesine. Auch das Frühstück hat uns jeden Tag begeistert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Mai trovato una personale cosi gentile...il titolare che addirittura ti fa preparare al volo la macedonia al tuo bambino e te la porta al tavolo con zucchero e limone...gli ombrelli per la pioggia...non facevi in tempo ad avere un imprevisto che loro ti aiutavano senza chiederlo...non trovi la tessera per entrare in camera? Te ne porto subito una...ed cosi per tutta la vacanza...complimenti a tutti...alle ragazze della reception, alla signora delle pulizie per gli asciugamani cambiati immediatamente ecc ecc ecc complimenti a tutti davvero...

Une escapade parfaite en bordure du Lac de Garde.
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons été surclassés dans une belle chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et moderne avec un balcon donnant sur le Lac de Garde.
Le PDJ était parfait, sur une terrasse donnant directement sur le lac. Choix, et très bon produits.
Parking gratuit à disposition. La ville de Malcesine à quelques minutes à pied en longeant le lac. Tout était parfait.

Il Capri -wir kommen mal wieder
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, super Frühstücksbuffet, tolle Lage - Zimmer mit Seeblick ist wirklich Klasse, Lage sowohl nach Norden als auch nach Süden sehr günstig, wir kommen sicherlich mal wieder :-)

Das sind Kleinigkeiten - z. Bsp. im Bad ein paar Haken oder unter dem Badtisch ein Fach, wie gesagt, Kleinigkeiten
