I asked 3 months in a advance when we booked the hotel for a nice room on upper floor with a good lake view for our anniversary. What did we get? The dark handicap room on ground floor without a view of the lake! 😂 Did they apologize from the hotel management? Nope. 😂 Did we feel stupid? Yes 😂
Outstanding hotel, the facilities and room are always very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff is amongst the most friendly and helpful we’ve ever seen they are always smiling and with a good attitude. Location is great, less than 10 minutes from the town and also from the beach. Breakfast is delicious, everything is fresh and well made. The hotel pool has an amazing view and it is also well maintained.
We were really happy with our choice, our stay felt really comfortable and stress free.
