Great value for money
Pros:

Nice place for the money, good food and drinks options. Clean and well maintained.

Cons:

You will need a vehicle to get around. As it’s outside of Wigan.

Great stay!
Pros:

Stayed here for 1 night on the way to Scotland.
Lovely hotel and lovely staff.
The hotel is a bit out of the way, but very quiet.
Food was very nice, we had a meal in the bar and the free breakfast.
Hotel is very clean and modern with a very comfortable bed.
Thanks for a great stay!
The only thing I would suggest to make it even better, would be a blind in the bathroom of room 008. It felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom/shower with no window covering 😊

Room had wet carpet that smelt. Asked for it to be dried but staff didn’t acknowledge the issue and didn’t address it

Excellent accommodation, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Arrived early allowed in as room had been cleaned. Room was clean and bright. Had an evening meal which was really tasty. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from.

Cons:

Wasn't anything we didn't like.

Cool room in a heatwave
Pros:

Effective air-conditioning. Tasty breakfast. Helpful, friendly reception staff.

Cons:

Couldn't control air-con from my room. Had to speak to reception every time I wanted to adjust the temperature. Not a huge choice at breakfast.

Not suitable for teenagers in a family room and staff couldn't care less.
Pros:

We booked a room for 3 adults and a child. As per screenshot, a child is classed up to 17years. Mine is 16yrs and 6foot4. The room was very cramped with a double bed and a sofa bed and that was it. Not enough space at all for a teenager and quite frankly they should not expect a 16 never mind a 17year old to share a tiny sofa bed with an adult. I spoke to reception and got a 'I know'.

Glad it's only one night as my 16 year old slept on the floor. Absolutely raging

If you need a room for three adults and a child I strongly suggest a Premier Inn. Their rooms can actually accommodate properly
