The air con was working really well
The milk substitute for tea and coffee. Real milk is not that hard to manage...
It was light and airy with a modern feel. Staff were very friendly and the general feel was much more than it actually cost.
Shower tray Matt was dirty, seats in dinning room were badly worn in corners.
Baked beans and fried eggs would have been nice for a breakfast option.
The hotel was great, very modern, the room we had was really good, the breakfast was good too (although no mushrooms, black pudding or fried eggs). The staff were friendly and polite.
We did have an issue with the TV remote control. The power button did not work but the rest of the buttons did. You could get the TV on by selecting a channel number, but when we tried to turn it off it would not, so at 11:30 PM I was fumbling around the back of the TV to remove the power cord as there were no buttons physically on the TV. We reported this the next day and they apologised. This did not detract from the fact that this is a great hotel.
Room was spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities, nice large bathroom both were spotlessly clean. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety of choices for cooked breakfast.

The other facilities - pool, rooms - are very dated with wear and tear and could do with a refresh.
