No nos dieron toallas, las puertas son inseguras, aunque por otro lado si estaba muy limpio y el personal es muy amable, aunque cuando se les pidió las toallas dijeron que ya las llevarían y nunca llegaron, en el chek in no estaban listas las habitaciones y ni había agua en una de ellas

Indican que tiene parqueo y al final cobran por un parqueo que no hay facilidad de entrar y salir, yo necesitaba salir a una cierta hora y tenía dos vehículos tapando mi salida ...mejor debieran decir que no hay parqueo para evitar al huésped irritación y eran las 10 de la noche y unos niños va de andar corriendo y gritando 😡
Se supone que a un Hotel se va a descansar: para oír el ruido mejor quedarse en casa.
