Perfekter Urlaub.
Pros:

Alles super. Personal insbesonders an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und kompetemnt. Das ganze Haus sehr beeindruckend. Schöner Pool.

Pros:

Positiv ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut für Ausflüge.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, sodass man jedes Geräusch aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Flur deutlich hören konnte. Dadurch war an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken zumal es in zwei Nächten den Feueralarm gab, da jemand geraucht hat. Auch die Betten waren sehr hart und unbequem. Insgesamt entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht meinen Erwartungen

Wunderschöne Tage in Gargnano
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Gardasee. Das Frühstück war toll und abwechslungsreich. Im Restaurant gab es Abends eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen und Weinen. Der Poolbereich war groß angelegt und man hatte einen wunderschönen Blick über den Gardsee. Eine 22KW Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos auf dem Parkplatz und in der näheren Umgebung haben die Reise mit dem E-Auto einfach gemacht.

Mir fällt wirklich nichts ein......

Le paradis ,idéal pour te ressourcer .
Pros:

je recommande vraiment nous avons tout adoré ,son calme ,la situation ,le petit déjeuner était vraiment excellent , le restaurant félicitations au chef.La chambre vue sur le lac un vrai bonheur . Le personnel et les patrons sont vraiment très gentils . nous y reviendrons très vite !

Top Aufenthalt am Gardasee
Pros:

Wunderbares Hotel direkt am Gardasee. Tolle Frühstücksauswahl und auch das Abendessen im Eigenen Restaurant mit Seeblick ist sehr empfehlenswert. Besonders gut hat uns auch der tadellos saubere Wellnessbereich gefallen.

Cons:

Bei größerem Andrang im Spa sollte hin und wieder gecheckt werden, dass Handtücher und Trinkwasser aufgefüllt werden. Die hoteleigene Bar könnte abends gemütlicher gestaltet werden, zB mit indirektem Licht

Personnel extrêmement chaleureux et serviable. Une vue depuis l'hôtel a couper le souffle, vraiment absolument magnifique.
Un petit déjeuner très complet et pour tous les goûts. Options sans gluten tres variées :)
Une propreté irréprochable (et je suis très méticuleux là-dessus).
Un verre offert pour notre lune de miel.

- Le premier jour/soir, pas d'attention spéciale quant au fait que nous venions pour notre lune de miel. Lorsque j'ai questionné la tres gentille Noémie, elle ma répondu quelle ne pouvait pas nous surclasser... ce n'était pas ce que nous attendions, il y a eu rattrapage avec une gentil verre offert par l'hôtel au bout du 3eme jour.
- isolation acoustique de la chambre horrible, nous entendions la toux, les appels, les ronflements de nos voisins de chambre ...
- offerte de l'accès au wellness limité ! En effet, de mai a septembre, le wellness n'ouvre qu'en cas de mauvais jours... nous qui avions sélectionne cet hôtel pour son spa, nous étions assez déçus... comme il faisait beau on nous a recommandé d'aller a l'extérieur... malheureusement la piscine n'était pas assez chaude pour une belle journée a 19°c.
- équipements de la chambre limité : pas de bouilloire/machine a café, cotton, bonnets de bains... pantoufles disponibles si demandées à l'accueil

Wunschlos glücklich
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine traumhafte Lage direkt am See - die Terrasse beim Restaurant ist wunderschön. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Das Essen im Restaurant ist extrem lecker - damit haben wir gar nicht gerechnet.

Die Hotelleitung ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat auch immer ein persönliches Wort, das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt
