Schade, dass man bei Anreise gegen 19.30 Uhr ohne Reservierung kein Abendbrot im hauseigenen Restaurant mehr zu sich nehmen kann. Dann muss man sich auf die Socken machen und woanders hingehen.

Extremely disappointing experience – terrible management

Unfortunately, despite the genuinely wonderful hotel staff, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

The cleaning staff, waiters, and the rest of the hotel employees were incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. They truly did their best and were absolutely lovely. However, the behavior of the hotel owners was so rude, disrespectful, and unacceptable that even the excellent staff could not make up for it.

We witnessed and personally experienced hotel guests being shouted at and treated with an extraordinary level of disrespect. In our case, we were yelled at, and the way guests were spoken to was completely inappropriate. We also spoke with several other guests during our stay, and unfortunately, many of them reported similar experiences. One guest told us that someone entered her room without appropriate consideration for her privacy, while another said she was insulted and called “suck my dick” These are not isolated impressions — several guests described similarly distressing experiences.

The atmosphere created by the owners was so uncomfortable that you would feel extremely uneasy simply going back to the hotel. It is incredibly unfortunate because the actual hotel staff were so kind and clearly worked very hard. They deserved much better management.

The treatment of guests was so shocking that I cannot even give this hotel two out of five stars. I have honestly never experienced anything like this in my life.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am genuinely shocked by the way guests were treated and by the complete lack of respect and professionalism shown by the owners. The wonderful staff deserve recognition, but unfortunately, their kindness cannot compensate for the behavior of the management.

Unfortunately, the rooms do not live up to the appearance of the hotel at all. We booked a double room but received a very small, outdated room with two single beds pushed together. The rooms generally feel old and are in urgent need of renovation. The breakfast selection was also very limited.

However, the biggest disappointment was the way guests were treated. The owners/staff were extremely unfriendly, and we witnessed interactions with guests that we found disrespectful and, at times, insulting. Regardless of how beautiful a hotel or its location may be, hospitality and respectful treatment of guests are essential. Considering the price, we expected a completely different standard. I would personally recommend staying somewhere else rather than paying this much for an outdated room and such an unpleasant experience.

Es gibt nichts negatives

Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer mit Hund gebucht. Einzelzimmer scheinen dort teilweise einfach abgetrennte, abgeschlossene Familienzimmer zu sein so dass man von Fremden Hotelgästen einfach jede Unterhaltung und Toilettengang mitbekommt. Alternativ wurde mir ein Zimmer mit Mini Bett und Mini-Bett sehr dunkel angeboten. Auch erst nachdem mir mehrfach attestiert wurde Sie seinen ausgebucht.
Der Hund darf vor Ort tagsüber im Hotel nirgends ins Wasser. Auch gab es trotz Hundegebühr nicht mal ein Napf etc. auf dem Zimmer. WLAN funktioniert nur sporadisch nicht für Arbeitszwecke geeignet.

Ich bin eher abgereist weil es für meine Situation einfach nicht erholsam war. Also Paar ohne Hund oder kleine Familie ist das ein toller Platz.

Leider sind bis heute offene Fragestellungen nicht geklärt.

2 nappal korábban eljöttünk, csalódottak voltunk. A 4 csillagosként hirdetett, szálloda a valóságban csak 3 csillagos. Az épület ugyan hangulatos, de minden napra jutott valami kellemetlen meglepetés. A lakosztályban a kanapé olyan koszos volt, hogy amikor letöröltem, fekete lett a törölköző. 5 nap alatt 2-szer nem nyílt ki a liftajtó, mert beragadt, ráadásul olyan kicsi méretű, hogy nem fértünk be a csomagokkal. Egy magas pincér préselte be magát, hogy a bőröndök fel kerüljenek a szobába, de legnagyobb meglepetésünkre csak kilökte azokat a lift elé az emeleten, majd otthagyta a liftajtóban. Még a szoba elé sem tolta oda. Az esti esős vihar közben beázott a szobánk, a víz az ágyunkba csöpögött. A lakosztály a leírásnak nem felelt meg, mivel a szobában nem volt külön légtérben a háló. Az utolsó csepp a pohárban az volt, hogy reggel hideg vízben zuhanyoztunk, mert nem volt melegvíz. A recepciós hölgy közölte, hogy most már próbálhatjuk újra, mert időzónánként melegszik újra a víz…. Számunkra ez, ilyen összeg kifizetése mellett, egy 4 csillagosként hirdetett szálláson elfogadhatatlan! Amikor pedig szóltunk, hogy inkább haza indulunk, közölték, hogy a maradék 2 nap összegét nem tudják visszakorrigálni a Booking miatt. Egyszóval, nem leszünk visszatérő vendégek.
