Pros:

O hotel é ótimo, perfeito para descansar.
Correu tudo lindamente, da recepção ao quarto (com um miminho super simples mas que mostra o cuidado ao cliente).
O restaurante é maravilhoso. A cozinha está aberta, o que mostra a confiança na qualidade dos produtos e procedimentos. Os empregados do restaurante foram inexcediveis no serviço e a comida é otima.

Je chercherais un lieu plus conforme à mes attentes.
Pros:

Panorama sur la ville. La quiétude de l’endroit.

Cons:

Personnel, surtout au restaurant, était inexpérimenté. Le service était lent et incohérent. On ne peut contrôler l’air climatisé dans la chambre.

Pros:

O pequeno almoço é bom, mas esperava mais produtos regionais, nomeadamente o pão. Toda a equipa é TOP! Utilizámos o restaurante e é soberbo, e a ementa tem bastantes pratos regionais, e todos os que provámos eram deliciosos e muito bem confecionados.

Não gostei de ter reservado somente uma noite, gostaria de ficar mais.

Gostaria que a tv fosse smart, pra conseguir usar YouTube e Netflix, mas isso é só uma crítica construtiva, desfrutei bastante da estadia.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück wurde à la carte serviert und hat Super geschmeckt. Die Zimmerausstattung war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Ich bin ein Fan von Smart TV. Netflix oder Youtube hat mir schon gefehlt. Ist aber mäckern auf hohem Niveau

Ótima experiência, uma agradável surpresa.
Pros:

O staff de uma amabilidade e competência imensa, super disponível para proporcionar uma boa experiência. O hotel está muito bem cuidado e limpo, com zonas comuns bastante agradáveis. O pequeno almoço é extraordinário, com muita variedade.

Numa das noites, optámos por jantar no restaurante do hotel, Semente. Muito bem servido, e comida bem confeccionada.
