Estadia excelente no Hotel Santiago: tudo perfeito, confortável e com atendimento impecável
Pros:

Correu tudo na perfeição: atendimento muito simpático e profissional, ambiente acolhedor, quartos confortáveis e impecavelmente limpos, e uma ótima sensação de tranquilidade. Pequeno-almoço com muita variedade e restaurante com grande qualidade e oferta. A localização também é muito prática para conhecer a cidade e a região. Recomendo sem hesitar e voltarei com certeza.

Pros:

O ambiente é ótimo. Os funcionários são fantásticos. Gostei particularmente do ambiente exterior e do kids club. O hotel é bonito e muito acolhedor. O pequeno almoço é absolutamente fantástico. Tenho a certeza que vamos voltar, a experiência foi maravilhosa

Cons:

A luz de emergência do quarto incomoda bastante durante a noite porque não permite que o ambiente fique escuro (é particularmente chato para quem vai com bebés)

Estadia agradável !
Pros:

Tivemos oportunidade de passar o fim-de-semana, e o pequeno-almoço e as comodidades foram o ponto alto da nossa estadia. Óptimo para um fim-de-semana/férias em família.

Cons:

Como chegámos sexta ao fim do dia, acabámos por jantar no restaurante do hotel ‘ Semente ‘, comida muito bem confeccionada, contudo os funcionários que estavam a fazer o serviço, eram muito fracos, enganaram-se a tirar o pedido e depois de o chamarmos a atenção, sentimos que ele evitou a nossa mesa e não houve um pedido desculpas. Falta de conhecimento na preparação das bebidas do bar, falta de conhecimento dos produtos que tinham disponíveis para consumo (snacks, gelados, etc).
