This is the best choice for me: not expensive and very handy
Pros:

I love staying in apartments because I have to work where I live, and having a small kitchenette on hand is very convenient. From that perspective, this is a very suitable option.

Cons:

The support could be better. The contact center is set up in such a way that the essence of my question isn't saved in the system, and every time I call, I have to explain everything from the beginning.

Berlino da vivere
Pros:

Struttura nuova e molto bella. Servizi ottimi. Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort: cucina con lavastoviglie, macchina caffè x capsule nespresso, stoviglie, detersivo piatti e x lavastoviglie, sapone in bagno.
Spazioso e funzionale, con buona suddivisione degli spazi. Comodissimo a tutti i mezzi pubblici: tram, bus, S3 che porta in centro. Comodissimo il bar adiacente alla struttura e all'angolo del palazzo è presente un supermercato Netto. A pochi passi sono presenti altri market, un panificio ottimo, un ristorante con cucina tedesca. A Karlhorst è presente anche un museo.

Wir sind zufrieden, würden wiederkommen und dann zwei Einzelbetten buchen.
Pros:

Modern, sauber, gut schallisoliert, ansprechend eingerichtet. Prima Küchenzeile. Für die Lage direkt an einer Straße mit Tram war es nicht besonders laut.

Cons:

Matratze (140 cm Breite) war in der Mitte ziemlich durchgelegen.

Prima locatie, dichtbij station/OV en winkels
Pros:

Vorig jaar hier ook geweest, dat beviel zo goed dat ik direct weer hiervoor heb gekozen. Goede locatie, naast S Bahn station, winkels dichtbij, snel met OV in het centrum. Niet erg gehorig, al hoor je wel het werkverkeer buiten 's morgens vroeg. Keuken met koelkast, magnetron, etc.

Cons:

Een beter bed zou fijn zijn, ook een steviger kussen maar dat treft je wel vaker. Niet echt een probleem.

Cons:

Wir mussten zwei Buchungen für dasselbe Zimmer vornehmen, zwischendurch auschecken, mit dem Gepäck bleiben bis wir nachmittags wieder einchecken könnten, wo unser Zimmer im identischen Zustand wie vorher war. Wofür auschecken, um dann wieder einzuchecken. Leider konnte all das im Vorfeld nicht per Mail korrekt geklärt werden. Unnötiger Mehraufwand....sehr smart.

Pros:

Conveniently located next to S-Bahn station. Decently sized room with minimal facilities. Quiet. There's a coffee store downstairs and supermarkets nearby.

Cons:

Towels had not been replaced prior to my visit. Not a very comfortable bed.

Great location. Comfortable. Broken elevator card reader.
Pros:

Check in was straight forward. Nice comfortable apartment. With enough space and table. Kitchen was alright as well. Location was excellent for the area. Right next to tram station and s3. Tram would go to u5 as well nearby. Sparkling water dispenser at the entrance.

Cons:

Coffee machine had terrible pods. No support on sight but there was a room to get extra stuff yourself. Self service. Elevator card was broken was very difficult to use the elevator as it would barely detect our card.
