Pros:

Hervorragend war die Nähe zur S-Bahn-Station Berlin- Karlshorst. Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, recht viele gute Restaurants, griechisch und italienisch. Alexanderplatz und insbesondere Hackescher Markt per S-Bahn bzw. Tram gut erreichbar. Gute Appartementmöblierung, zwar einfach, aber auf neuem, zweckmäßigen Niveau. WLAN funktioniert gut. Leider keine Klimaanlage, aber Standventilator. Bett gut in der Ecke positioniert und für einen Einzelreisenden top. Saubere Bettwäsche. Auch die Sitzecke mit umlaufender Sitzecke ist sehr praktikabel, so daß man Koffer neben sich ablegen kann. Erteilte Informationen per Mail jeweils zeitlich gut getaktet und präzise bis ins Detail. Sehr gutes Online Check-In-Verfahren vor Ort per Tablet am Tresen und eigene Zimmerkartencodierung. Unten ein Café, daß innen vom Hotel aus erreichbar ist.

Cons:

Bei geöffnetem Fenster durch Nähe zu Gleisen und in der Nacht Durchtausenden Güterverkehr etwas laut. Wer es gewohnt ist wie icht, nimmt das nicht als großen Nachteil wahr. Etwas wenig Steckdosen.

great location, clean and spacious room.
Pros:

place was great. it was clean and spacious (we had an XL Studio). right next to S Bahn train.

Cons:

challenging when weather was hot as our room faced west. No real "room service" staff available but we found supply closet and that was fine. Our daughter had stayed for 2 months ahead of us so we knew what to expect.

Sehr enttäuschend
Cons:

Das Zimmer war viel zu warm und ohne Klimaanlage. Es gab nur einen Turmventilator, den man Nachts aber nicht an machen konnte, da der viel zu laut war. Nachts das Fenster auf machen ging auch nicht, da direkt davor ne Straße war und eine Straßenbahn fuhr.
Die Dusche ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen, die Lüftung im Bad ging nicht und mein Handtuch war fleckig. Außerdem war der Föhn so klebrig, dass man den nicht benutzen konnte. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und haben für knapp 140€ pro Nacht ohne Frühstück etwas viel besseres erwartet.

Unbearably hot and uncomfortable given lack of adequate air conditioning.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent. There was a very nice cafe beside the hotel which was perfect for sitting outside and savouring the surroundings.
There were also a few supermarkets and a selection ofýý restaurants within 5-10 mins walk.to the hotel.
We also discovered s few parks and greem spaces also inclose proximity.to our accommodattoin

Cons:

*The bed in room was super low. Suitable for small ķchildren or teenagers but not for adults.
*The air conditioning/ventilation was abysmal, especially as there was an average temperature of 38 degrees durimg our stay (June 2026). It meant an unbearable nights sleep during our 5 night stay.
* Also the hair dryer was extremely sticky to the touch, even after attempting to clean.
* There was no one hand to request supplies such as toilet rolls or extra towels. It meant us purchasing toilet rolls from the local supeemarket.
It was only after 3 nights that i encounted a lady cleaning a room who gave me some fresh towels and mentioned a supply service room.
There were no staff on hand to air our grievences to. Very disappointing.
.*The lack of comfortable seating areas or decent pillows for the bed was also frustrating.
We would really appreciate some sort of compensation or refund.
