Hitzeproblem, keine gute Belüftung.
Pros:

Lage war gut, Check in komfortabel.Alles war sauber.

Cons:

Hitze in den Zimmern war unerträglich, selbst in der Lobby stand sie.
Anderen Gästen ging es ähnlich.Unterkunft war sauber, wirkte jedoch teilweise abgeranzt.

Unbearably hot and uncomfortable given lack of adequate air conditioning.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent. There was a very nice cafe beside the hotel which was perfect for sitting outside and savouring the surroundings.
There were also a few supermarkets and a selection ofýý restaurants within 5-10 mins walk.to the hotel.
We also discovered s few parks and greem spaces also inclose proximity.to our accommodattoin

Cons:

*The bed in room was super low. Suitable for small ķchildren or teenagers but not for adults.
*The air conditioning/ventilation was abysmal, especially as there was an average temperature of 38 degrees durimg our stay (June 2026). It meant an unbearable nights sleep during our 5 night stay.
* Also the hair dryer was extremely sticky to the touch, even after attempting to clean.
* There was no one hand to request supplies such as toilet rolls or extra towels. It meant us purchasing toilet rolls from the local supeemarket.
It was only after 3 nights that i encounted a lady cleaning a room who gave me some fresh towels and mentioned a supply service room.
There were no staff on hand to air our grievences to. Very disappointing.
.*The lack of comfortable seating areas or decent pillows for the bed was also frustrating.
We would really appreciate some sort of compensation or refund.

Pros:

Gute Lage, kostenfreier Parkplatz in der Nähe.
Kontaktfreies Ein- und Auschecken - Beschreibung per Mail dazu war ok.
Ausstattung war gut, für einen Kurzurlaub völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Wir waren Ende Mai dort, wo es schon relativ warm war. Im 3.Stockwerk war es extrem warm, so daß wir auch nicht so gut schlafen konnten. Ein Ventilator oder besser noch eine Klimaanlage wäre empfehlenswert.

Het was toch te ver van het centrum Het was goed bereikbaar was met het openbaar vervoer maar wij waren opende fiets.

We were there in the middle of heatwave and there is no air conditioning. Top apartments get really hot and you can only use fan. Other than that everything was fine.

Super pour un séjour d'1 semaine à Berlin

Emplacement, équipements et aménagement. Fontaine à eau et bonbons miamz à l'accueil

Cons:

Literie moyenne (matelas et oreillers peu confortables). pas d'éponge, ni pelle et balayette pour un ménage d'appoint.
