Never again.
Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

Requested early checking offered through La Quinta’s own messaging. We arrived at the requested time and was told we our early checkin was not approved, as they had a full house the night before. We received message notification of this 15 minutes after early checkin time. No maid service over three days. Room had no hot water. Hair dryer was dysfunctional, no soap, no lotion and no Kleenex after the first night. Finally moved to a second room where we had no electricity.

Pros:

Room needed a bath mat for tub. There’s was supposedly non slip design in tub but the tub was extremely slippery. Thank goodness there were grab bars. Both my husband and I had issues and almost fell

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean upon arrival. We arrived late and only stayed 1 night so we just dealt with. You can tell the room was not inspected properly after cleaning.

I like the location of the property

Cons:

I have stayed at this property multiple times but this time the quality was not there. I didn’t like when we checked in they told us the pool was open until 10pm but when we went to the pool it had a sign on the door that it was closed. I also didn’t like that the mattresses were very dirty and we had no large towels or shower gel in our room. The breakfast selection also seems to be smaller the last few times we have went.
