Wonderful choice for a short city break in Warsaw
Pros:

I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food. However, I really appreciated the location, as it was close to the city center and within walking distance of most of the main attractions and points of interest in Warsaw. This made getting around the city very convenient and helped me make the most of my stay.

Hotel przyjazny gościom, na pewno tu wrócimy.
Pros:

Śniadanie było miłym początkiem dnia, znakomite. Obsługa bardzo miła, Pani Anastazja starała się spełnić wszystkie życzenia gości, dzięki niej śniadanie zjedliśmy w spokojnej atmosferze a nie w stresującej sytuacji, że czas posiłku dobiega końca.

Cons:

Regulacja klimatyzacji/nawiewu w pokoju tylko o +- 2 stopnie. Taka sytuacja zastała nas w deszczowy, zimny dzień i w pokoju było chłodno.

Located near big casino and no noise cancelation in the rooms, i was not able to sleep and ai checked out at midnight because of noise and loud people voices. Hotel staff were not kind and not helpful.

Pokoje były w porządku jeżeli chodzi o czystość. Wystrój hotelu dopracowany i spójny.

Cons:

Duże, a zarazem jedyne okna w pokoju wychodziły bezpośrednio na korytarz i lobby, co zdecydowanie ograniczało poczucie prywatności i swobody. Z kolei po zasłonięciu kotar pokój stawał się ciemny i sprawiał wręcz „piwniczne” wrażenie.

Obsługa recepcji była niestety bardzo niespójna. Jedna z recepcjonistek poinformowała nas, że nie ma możliwości zamówienia śniadania do pokoju, a także robiła duży problem z późniejszym wymeldowaniem. Zupełnie inaczej wyglądała sytuacja z drugą recepcjonistką, prawdopodobnie z kolejnej zmiany, która od ręki zorganizowała zarówno śniadanie do pokoju, jak i późniejsze wymeldowanie – sprawnie, uprzejmie i bez niepotrzebnego tracenia czasu. Właśnie takiej obsługi oczekuje się od hotelu tej klasy.

Parking pozostawiał trochę do życzenia – był nieutwardzony i błotnisty, a dodatkowo nie było możliwości wcześniejszej rezerwacji miejsca. Na plus należy jednak zaliczyć fakt, że miejsce udało się znaleźć, co przy lokalizacji hotelu w samym centrum miasta ma duże znaczenie.

Mało wygodne łóżko przez zapadający się materac. Byliśmy na jedną noc w dniu w którym w hotelu był nagrywany film, Nikt nas wcześniej o tym nie poinformował. Wszechobecne zamieszanie i cała ekipa filmowa rozproszona po hotelu sprawiły, że nie było jak korzystać z części wspólnych jak lobby, czy restauracja więc zostawiliśmy tylko bagaż i uciekliśmy na miasto, nie mówiąc już o braku możliwości zaparkowania przed hotelem na miejskim parkingu zajętym przez ekipę filmową co pozostawiło jedynie alternatywę parkingu hotelowego 170 zł/ za dobę :( no niesmak pozostał do dziś.
