Loved the view , friendly helpful staff. It was very clean, quiet and relaxing.

I loved the ocean views from all 5 windows of my cottage place. All was comfortable and with good Americana.

Great value for area overlooking the ocean. Nice large size with a beautiul view with everything you need. Plus no people next to you making the ocean sound what you hear.

It was lovely views on the top floor of the cottage. The electric availability was scarce, so a couple electric cords were needed. The living room lighting was dark, but asked for a second lamp, and was better!🤗. Nice spacious kitchen and table . Overall it was pet friendly and loved the pet area. Easy walk to cottage from car. Will book again soon

The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and room items. The views are amazing from all rooms. Parking was easy with lots of room for pets to play.

I liked the view and the staff, the room was a bit rundown and needed some repairs, the step down shower seemed unsafe as was the step up toilet, trip advisor didn’t book me the room I was expecting. Based on my not getting what I was expecting I probably won’t return. I do not hold the staff responsible for this at all they were very helpful and friendly

Gteat access to the beach. Our room was huge with a full kitchen and a panaramic view. Our fireplace made it a cozy retreat. Everything worked well and was in excellent shape--especially considering the age of the building.

I had a terrific long weekend. The weather was phenomenal. The Ester Lee's location is great, easy (but steep) walk to the beach, fantastic view from our room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. BUT the hotel is in serious need of some TLC. Both of my sisters had single rooms and the windows were too foggy to see the view. One sister had the handle to her shower come off in her hand so she had to use our other sister's shower. The manager refused to give any sort of discount. We stayed in a one bedroom with a kitchen. The kitchen was poorly stocked- 3 spoons, 2 forks and 1 table knife. 3 plates, 3 bowls and 2 saucers. No serving dishes or mixing bowls at all. My sisters' rooms had deadbolts that were clearly supposed to be used on restrooms as they had "occupied" and "vacant" on them which made it pretty obvious when you weren't in the room. But that was still better than our room. We did not have a deadbolt, it looked like there used to be a chain on our door but it had been removed, possibly by force. And the bathroom light switch was literally in the shower!

Staff was super helpful and very kind. Always a smile and very friendly.

This was our fourth visit to the Ester Lee, and it won’t be our last. We stayed in the corner suite in the hotel block and enjoyed great views and sunsets, a fully stocked kitchen, swivel armchairs, sofa, and plenty of room to spread out for table games, a jigsaw puzzle (games, dvds, and snacks available off the lobby), and occasional work. Friendly staff. Can’t wait to return!

You really can’t beat the cottages at the Ester Lee. They are roomy and the view is stunning and with a small butt full kitchen, you can spend even more time in the room, enjoying those views.
