I love the view and location.
Pros:

The view

Cons:

It’s OLD. It smells OLD. There is no housekeeping available. There is no front desk after 8 pm until 10 AM??? They take our money but don’t ever upgrade anything.

Pros:

It was too hot and some rooms we couldn't turn it down and two confusing because it was so many thermostats on the wall within the which one to use and none of them seem to work. So we had to open the window to keep it cool enough to sleep

Cons:

The View and the staff was the high point as usual because we stay there a lot over the years

Mildew and mold smelling.
Pros:

We liked the staff, the view of the ocean, the mattresses, the fireplace.

Cons:

The room smelled of mold and mildew. The stuck for keeping the window locked had mold on it. That was my biggest dislike especially since I have asthma and allergies. The carpet was unraveling next to the fireplace.

A great ocean stay place, even while visiting local friends.
Pros:

The room only had ocean sounds--as all of the windows and door faced the ocean. I also like the ice machine. And the excellent shower. Was glad for a 3 night stay at a nice price.

Cons:

All was good.

Pros:

The view and comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There were steep stairs to the room. I had a old dog with me. It was somewhat difficult.

Beautiful ocean views!
Pros:

We loved the views!!! The location was good too!

Cons:

The water situation, tou turn it to cold for hot and hot for cold. Well once we figured that out we thought it would be good bit then the water would all of a sudden go cold and then scalding hot. If that gets fixed I'd give this place a 10!! We would probably stay there again we just know it has some quirks lol.

Pros:

A cozy, romantic room for two with a great view of the ocean/sky/stars. The sitting room had an electric fireplace, small refrigerator, two comfortable chairs, a small dining table and TV/DVD player.

Cons:

There were only a few inches of access between the wall and the queen-sized bed. It was difficult to maneuver (had to walk sideways).

Comfortable, relaxing and quiet, loved the view
Pros:

Loved the view , friendly helpful staff. It was very clean, quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

The fact that the description of the room did not include the fact that it was down stairs also, it would be nice if it had better, easier beach access.
