es war ein großer diskrepanter Unterschied zwischen Einzel und Doppelzimmer!!! Das war schlecht, da der von unserer Gruppe eingeladene Gast das EZ hatte!!!

Cons:

Schöner Frühstücksraum, nettes Personal, aber Plastiktabletts und Abräumen wir in einer Kantine...

Perfekt gelegenes Hotel am Rhein mit normalem Zimmer-Comfort.
Pros:

die wunderschöne Lage mit Blick der Zimmer auf den Rhein von den oberen Etagen mit Balkon/ Terrasse sind einfach herrlich. Die vornehmlich indische Küche ist auch sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Beim Einchecken bei Ankunft gab es dieses Mal und in der Vergangenheit oft unnötigen Abstimmungsbedarf. Das Personal ist aber ansonsten sehr bemüht, Wünsche des Gastes weitestgehend zu erfüllen.

There was a room for me

Cons:

The river area was under construction and it could not be accessed. When I went for dinner. I asked for a open table by the windows. I was told that they were all reserved by a rather snooty food server. 1 table had a reserved flag on it and 2 were open. People came behind and asked for those tables and were seated

Pros:

Vriendelijke bediening, mooie locatie vlak aan de Rijn en mooi gebouw. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en werd regelmatig aangevuld. Een tweede koffie toestel zou misschien wel handig zijn vooral in drukke periodes. Parkeermogelijkheden genoeg aan het hotel

Cons:

In Unkel zelf was weinig mogelijkheid om in de loop van de dag iets drinken buiten het hotel.

Lovely hotel with stunning river views. Would stay again.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel on the bank of the Rhine river in an extremely attractive village.
Large comfortable room with views of the river.
Very good food in the restaurant.
Friendly & polite staff.

Cons:

Our bathroom was just looking slightly “tired” - bit of rust on radiators & some mould on rim of shower cubicle , however, it was extremely clean.

Hotel mit Rheinromantik
Pros:

Sehr schönes, romantisches Hotel mit reicher Geschichte. Foyer und Flure sind geschmackvoll dekoriert mit Antiquitäten. Für die Top-Lage direkt am Rhein ohne störende Straße müsste man 12 Punkte vergeben. Die erhöhte Terrasse ist wunderschön und bietet einen Blick auf den Drachenfels.

Cons:

Das Frühstück entspricht nicht ganz dem sonstigen Niveau.

Tolle Lage, von Aussen Top- Anlage, von Innen kann es nur besser werden!

Die Lage, direkt am Wasser.
Das sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Personal. Sie waren sichtlich bemüht, allen Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.
Die tolle Aussicht und die schöne Gartenterasse, zum Verweilen und zum Essen und Trinken.
Günstiger Tarif, Tiefgarage 10€ pro Nacht.

Cons:

Wir hatten für 3 Nächte gebucht und über dem Portal einen günstigen Preis erhalten.
Das man dafür nicht die Suite bewohnt, war uns klar.
Unser Doppelzimmer, im Anbau, über eine alte Treerreichbar war renoviert, neue Möbel, aber sehr klein.
Der Balkon war durchgängig und somit von anderen Zimmern auch erreichbar.
Auf dem Schrank und auf der Oberseite des Bett war schon lange nicht mehr Staub gewischt worden.
Das Essen im Lokal war vorzüglich, jedoch mangelte es dort an Personal.
Frühstück war o.k. aber nicht, dass man sagen könnte, wouhh.
Der Raum war zu groß.
An der Promenade, direkt vor dem Hotel, wurde der Gehweg neu gestaltet, somit war dieser über eine Länge von ca. 300mtr. gesperrt.

Die Lage direkt am Rhein gelegen ist natürlich super... Parkhaus und Parkplätze waren vorhanden.

es war eigentlich alles okay ... nur, das um 10.00 h schon die Zimmer gemacht werden mussten ...

Tolles Haus direkt am Rhein.
Pros:

Das ganze Hotel und seine Lage im Ort sind einfach toll.

Cons:

Parken kostet 10 Euro die Nacht. 5 würden auch genügen.
