Horrible and disgusting 😪
Pros:

What breakfast? Not much to even call it a breakfast offering. Nothing about this amazes me. To call it a Grand Boutique??!!! Do they even know what those 2 words meant? What a shame😪

Cons:

ALL of the above and more. Was surprised by the size of the room. I’m not a huge person. I could barely move around the room. It’s probably 8x7 feet long. The “bathroom” is probably bigger than the bedroom. Oh man! Bathroom was a strange one - when the shower is turned on, it wets the whole room. Basically splashed everything that’s in there including my towel. And the WORST thing is the sewage smelled SO bad they even had something blowing in the bathroom the whole time I was there. You really can’t cover a true sewage problem. You can’t even turn the bathroom light off cause it’s connected to the fan that’s trying to camouflage the smell. Wow! Can’t believe they’re allowed to name this a business. Inspections need to be done ASAP!!!!!!

Pros:

The sink in the bathroom

Cons:

Non sound proof of the room. The window got no tinted even for the group floor room.
Can see through inside and out the room from the street and corridor.
