The comfort, quiet, cleanliness, staff, all the stuff they provide, all the amenities, it's what I need to fully relax. Welcoming 100% + the bed is basically a cloud.

Pros:

Worst of all worst hotels. AC is not working properly in the heat of summer. Room stayed at 26 all night. Complaints online and to corporate faebook. If you dont give a damn about your guest just close the damnhotel you morons!!!!!

Pros:

The bed was very comfy, the AC was nice and cold, and I appreciated the daily water. There is also a Family Mart attached to the building which was convenient for snacks.

I liked the location of the hotel.

Cons:

The reception. We reached there on 22nd June2024 at 730 pm after a long train journey from Xian. The girl at the reception desk was just hopeless. She didn't speak a word of English, refused to look at the dictionary that we used to communicate and just kept giving us a blank and stony stare.
It was raining heavily, we're expecting another friend to join us the next day, and most importantly, it was around 9 pm by that time. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure, we would've simply gone out to scour for another hotel that day. There wasn't anyone to help us with our luggage or even to show us to our room.

From next morning, ie, 23rd June, onwards our experiences were better though with Rebecca Hu at the reception. Sincerely, it was only for her, that we stayed at the hotel.
Honestly speaking, I still have trauma from my experiences with the first girl at the reception.
