We thoroughly enjoyed all our 9 nights there.
Pros:

I loved the location right off the main square and surrounded by lots of different restaurants and tourist services. And, given the noisy downtown environment location, it was still easy for us to fall asleep!

El parque, unas paletas artesanales que están cerca y la atención en uno de los restaurante cercanos (no el del hotel)

Este Hotel no me gustó, primero porque las políticas de booking indicaban "No tienes que pagar nada más antes de la estancia. Informa sobre cualquier otra solicitud de pago que recibas antes de la estancia y evita hacer clic en los enlaces de pago."Y el este hotel me envió un mensaje de Whatsapp donde me solicitaban pagar, me preocupé y enseguida llamé al hotel para saber por qué me preguntaban esto. Quien me atendió finalmente me dijo que cuando llegáramos podía pagarles.
Pero LO QUE MÁS ME MOLESTÓ ES QUE EL HOTEL MIENTE, al momento de estar viendo su página, te muestra fotografías de habitaciones que no son lo que ofrecen realmente en la modalidad de habitación que yo busqué. Al llegar al hotel con mi papá (adulto mayor), las señoritas que nos atendieron hicieron el cobro y después nos llevaron a una construcción al lado del edificio principal del hotel (el que publicitan en booking), ahí nos hospedaron. Al entrar a la habitación de inmediato noté que no era lo que ví en las fotografías de la página de booking. Y le comenté a la señorita que nos llevó a la habitación esto mismo. Y me dijo, que el tipo de habitación que pedí era ese, pero le dije que no es lo que yo había visto en la página de booking. Entonces, le pregunté sobre la posibilidad de que nos movieran al otro edificio (al de las fotos que están en la página de booking), me dijo que no, que todo estaba ocupado. Después al ver que en la habitación no había mesa ni sillas, le pregunté que si podían proporcionarnos unas, me dijo que no (minutos después noté que tampoco había ganchos para la ropa, ya ni hice el intento de pedir unos ante la notoria falta de apoyo del personal). Entonces, ante la cero disposición de apoyar, la verdad que ya no dije más, no quise confrontar pidiendo mi dinero de regreso porque estaba con mi papá, adulto mayor (no tenía claro que tan difícil sería encontrar hospedaje en otro lugar y hacer caminar a mi papá).
