Schönes Hotel an einem entlegenen Ort
Pros:

Leckerer Kuchen und schöne Sauna-Landschaft (mit Aufpreis), nettes Personal

Sehr gut gelegen. Die Wege in die Heide sind sehr kurz.

Cons:

Die Matratze im Bett hat stark geknistert. Hat wohl an der Auflage gelegen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer top.

Toller Service am Empfang und beim Frühstück!

Cons:

Service im Restaurantbereich abends unsagbar schlecht: unfreundlich und von Kundenorientiertheit keine Spur!
z.B. der Hinweis einer Servicekraft, dass wir von Glück reden können, dass wir überhaupt von der kleinen Karte bestellen dürften, obwohl wir nicht reserviert haben !!! Der Wunsch mehrerer Gäste, ein Eis bestellen zu wollen, wurde um 20:30 mit dem Hinweis beantwortet, die Küche ist zu!
Da wir selbst 3 Gastronomiebetriebe mit bis zu 50 Mitarbeiter/innen hatten, tut es uns besonders Leid, wenn ein gut geführter Hotelbetrieb, durch den Gastronomiebereich scheitern würde, zumal die Gäste des Restaurants in der Regel auch Hausgäste sind bzw. waren!!

Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Hotel war ok, Lage halbwegs ok,

Cons:

WLAN sehr schlecht, Personal unaufmerksam, Buffet schlechtes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis,
Wenn man beim Frühstück gesagt bekommt, den 3. Latte Macchiato müssen sie aber bezahlen, dann frage ich mich , ob das Hotel in Geldnot ist. Das ist gar nicht kundenorientiert .

Pros:

Tolles Zimmer. Gute Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Zwei Restaurants im Hotel.

Cons:

Sauna kostenpflichtig, was wir erst im Nachhinein erfahren haben. 5 Euro pro Person und Tag. Dafür sollte aber auch mindestens ein Wasserbehälter aufgestellt und Obst angeboten werden.
