The staff generally were friendly and tried hard to assist. However, English skills were not good in most of them.
On the negative sides there were big issues. I was in Delhi on business and wifi was a critical requirement.
This did not work from my room and was on and off in the reception area.
There is. I eat aura today at the hotel and the advertised pool ( one of the things I was really looking forward to) looks like it has not been operational for a very long time.
The hot water in my room was not hot, in fact some days I would describe it as unpleasantly cold.
The place is also a long way from anything. You need to get an Uber to do anything at all - including eating.
The venue is a wedding and event facility and only has about 18 rooms that they rent out. Some nights there were three weddings happening at a time and the sound of the music and noise was terrible. This would carry on well past midnight. Many times I was woken after 3am by people continuing to party in their rooms.
I can not recommend this place in good faith to anyone. Spend a little more and get a good place closer to town and with good facilities.
I will never stay there again.

Resturang finns ej utan man får äta på rummet. Maten var usel. Pool finns men man fick ej använda den. Dåligt område men framförallt den sämsta servicen jag varit med om. Ett gott tips är att inte boka det här hotellet.

Nice and respectful staff. The location is kind off cut off from the city and it may not be easy finding a ride everywhere

1. Hotel contact numbers are not reachable. One out of 8 calls are received. 2. Expedia to please ensure that right contacts are published in confirmation email. 3. The bed spring was damaged and I fell down from bed as entire mattress was getting displaced from the bed when I was trying to get up. 4. Hotel intercom was not working. 5. I ordered Alu+Paneer paratha but they gave me only Paneer Kulcha instead. 6. small hair oil sachets were not available which are generally available in most decent hotels. 5. The manager cannot guide or give directions on how to reach or travel in Delhi. 6. Buffet breakfast is not available daily. 7. waiting time is too high for order.

Noted and called to request early check in. I was assured room would be ready but it was not. We were celebrating an occasion and it was quite disappointing that we entered our room whilst the cleaning staff were still not finished with the room.

The Imperia was a beautiful hotel and exceeded my expectations. The bed and room was extremely comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for a night since it wasn’t fairly close to the airport and I would definitely recommend this hotel! 👍👍

Biggest problem I had was lack of internet for my first day of stay. towels were torn and we were suggested to have breakfast in our room despite them having a huge dinner hall.

Smooth check in and check out process. Limited facilities though.

Not up to the standards as a 4 star hotel. More focused on banquet and wedding

Hotel not easy to find for taxis. Not very near to airport, maybe 30 minute drive. No internet and mostly non=English speaking staff. Had a big problem as taxi driver got lost and then became combative!

very bad experience, no reception, hotel didn't reply any e-mail or calls, management doesn't exist at all in this property. Taxi driver said this was NOT a safe hotel. Definitely I do not recommend any body staying in this hotel. they take advantage of tourist and they are not willing to collaborate.

I understand it was a not refund hotel but rather to loose my money than staying in this bad place.

Security guard didn't even want me to let me in. THE WORSE HOTEL EVER. New Delhi doesn't deserve this type of business. Hotels.com you should considere take this property out of your list

Got no problems staying at the hotel. A lot of parking space an perfect place for marriage and othe parties.

The hotel was absolutely great with amazing helpfulk staff. The breakfast was absolutely perfect. Only negative point was the location. It was a bit far away from everything. Other than that it was good.
