Comfortable stay
Pros:

We booked two rooms, the check in process was efficient even though there was only one staff, a lady I forgot the name. She was really helpful, when we reported that the AC was leaking, she immediately offered us to move room. When we requested to borrow 4 dinner forks, she was the one who brought the forks to our rooms in less than two minutes In the night, when we requested for additional mineral water, again she immediately brought two bottles of mineral water.

When I asked, whether there was any other staff who was supposed to handle these requests, she said, that evening only she and one security staff on duty.. no other staff available.

Overall, she had done excellent jobs, kind, friendly and efficient! Keep up the good work!

Very nice place to stay, quite from city crowd...
Pros:

this hotel is very comfortable and convenient location near from the centre of Surabaya. Awesome breakfast with some traditional menu must be an added value...We had a great time at the hotel, which is comfortable and which has great, we'll hope will be back in this city and i can stay in this place..

Worthed for Price and Room
Pros:

Feel comfort and warmth since we arrive at lobby. Entering the room, little bit small but its clean enough. Not much facility since they just a boutique hotel.

Breakfast was not much choices but the taste are nice. Easy to find online transportation and not far away from airport.

Will be back for next our trip to Surabaya.
