Lithgow trip
Pros:

It is very basic. The rooms are small and even though there is 1 double bed and 1 single bed it would be extremely crowded with 3 people occupying the room. There is no air conditioning so good luck in summer. The hotel/motel is right next to the main road,so the road traffic is non-stop and very loud.The main western rail corridor is next to the hotel and that adds to the ambience of the stay.If you are a light sleeper find somewhere else to stay. What drew me to this place is the price because for some reason Lithgow stays are very expensive. I stayed 3 nights. If I come back again it won't be more than 1 night.

Standard motel. A place to sleep for the night, with private bathroom facilities.
Pros:

The motel is just a basic motel. Don't expect anything more than that, and everything will be fine. The rooms were a good size, the room was clean, and the room was neatly presented.

Cons:

The motel is just a basic motel. No air conditioning was a bit of a disappointment, but didn't make too much difference given the time of year of my stay (October). The rooms DO have a heater, for colder months.
The road traffic can be a bit noisy, being located near a major intersection on the main road through Lithgow.

Short and Sweet Work Staycation spot.
Pros:

I liked the room that I was In, the distance from the station to the hotel is convenient and the rooms where nice and clean. The staff were nice to talk to on check in, although they didnt check my ID, this worked favourably for me :)

Cons:

but I found it hard only having two wall sockets to work from so I had to unplug the fridge, tv etc to charge my tech. I was approached by a homeless woman while walking around the hotel grounds, she seemed normal, but kept asking for things and acces to our amenities, I told her the shared bathroom is open 24/7 ;) at one time an older gentleman was waiting in the shared bathroom in his underwear when I went in, I think he was waiting for someone? but he immediately went into his room when I walked into the bath area.
