Die Aussicht war sehr gut, wir hatten die Suite gebucht mit Whirlpool, welcher schön vor dem Fenster platziert ist.
Das Bett wirklich gross und bequem und im Zimmer hatte man gut platz.
Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, das Personal bei Anliegen hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war lieb angerichtet und konnte auf der Terrasse mit bester Aussicht genossen werden.
Bis der Whirlpool gefüllt ist, geht es sehr lange.
Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und wenn man duscht, wird alles nass- nicht sehr vorteilhaft.
Ebenfalls hätte das Bad etwas sauberer sein können und eine Lüftung fehlt, gegen die Feuchte.
Location was excellent for exploring the fairy chimneys and the castle, within walking distance of the hotel.
We weren’t able to see the balloons while we were as they weren’t able to fly due to the wind but I would imagine that the view from the rooftop terrace would be amazing.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooftop terrace was in a bad state of repair and nothing like what the pictures portray.
There was a sign saying don’t go too near the edge, which was very advisable due to the condition.
Felt that the overall condition of the hotel needed some renovation as it all seemed a bit tired.

Manca manutenzione della struttura e pulizia approfondita. La piscina era torbida e l'arredamento esterno sciupato.

Absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op vakantie wil in cappadocia. Centraal gelegen locatie voor uitstappen.
Oh ja.... het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en echt lekker.
Enkel lof voor de eigenaarsfamilie en het team rondom.
Het totaalplaatje: hotelkamer, zwembad, uitzicht, ontvangst,....
De passage en capadocce nous avons passé une nuit à l’hôtel qui dispose d’une vue exceptionnelle!
En revanche, pas d’ascenseur, pas de pente permettant l’accessibilité pour PMR.
Autre gros hic, nous avons trouvé un scorpion, un vrai de vrai dans la chambre sur le lit… nous avons donc très mal dormi. En revanche, le personnel est exceptionnel et très serviable ! Un grande merci à l’équipe !

Wifi and GSM facilities are very poor, the coverage is available across the hotel premises and outside 300 metres, but the reception of wifi is not available within the rooms.

It was an amazing stay the location and the view from our room with bathtub was stunning 🤩 the staffs were so helpful and nice breakfast was delicious overall it was amazing
Housekeeping is not daily unless you requested, bathrobe and room slipper and other toiletries were upon request, swimming pool are just for display(not working)
The location, staff and food was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who us travelling to Cappadocia.
The location is incredible with fantastic views of Uchiser castle and the surroundings. We got to see hot air balloon actually fly over us and got some amazing photos of hot air balloons each day.
The breakfast was really good variety with plenty each day and fresh. They changed few things on different days. Had various areas to sit and enjoy views as you ate. The hotel was quieting an evening but only short taxi to the hub of Gerome. Hotel staff happy call taxi each time.
This hotel is rustic, we only wanted room cleaned once and they did it lovely and it smelt so nice.
The staff very much let us just get on with our holiday but helpful when asked anything. There was no encouragement to use restaurant or bar area, for us this was very relaxing. You really did feel you were enjoying Turkish experience and it’s got everything you would need with very good shower and great views as you stepped in to balcony. We on room 208 and really liked it. Air con worked really well once we worked out how to use it.
Not so much didn’t like but we had 12 hour delay on our flight arrival so had been up 24 hours, it would been so nice for hotel to actually give a welcome drink , if they also had put info package together with the hotel menu, map etc I think we would eaten a meal but wasn’t anything like that.
Not sure why but two days before we left they took all cushions from upper outdoor Turkish viewing spot, then put chairs,rugs in a big pile ,then covered up small pool and stacked chairs. Maybe 8th September end of their season? But very odd when you still have quite few guests?
But we just unstacked some and still sunbathed on roof top that had incredible views.
I stayed there for one night. Check-in and check-out was a bit inconvenient as we couldn’t find any by the reception desk. Other than that everything was good.
