For the cost the place wasn’t worth it.

Comfy beds

Cons:

Crack in ceramic floor, light switches didn’t work, poor lighting in general . Outlets didn’t work consistently. Shower doors didn’t stay shut. Shower had horrible water pressure and minimally warm water. Breakfast was poor, no pancakes or waffle maker in service. Food was cold.

Pros:

It was ok the pancake machine keep messing up them and they were very small. Could use some bacon and bigger cups for the juices

Cons:

Go to hotel and went to room just to see it was dirty and wasnt cleaned. The manager was up there already cause another guest had same problem. She said sorry and would be back for another room for us. Awhile later came with key and to new room but I had gotten one with a bathtub and this was smaller and no bathtub. So she said the lady could clean that room right now cause was the only one she had. I said well need hurry cause we have to be somewhere and get ready. The cleaning lady took her time and we waited 1hr. We ended up being late to the event. I asked at check out if there was something they could do but because I booked online wasnt but said she would sent me account up and add points which I dont know what that does. I go here because its close and is nice but each time seems to be something.

Nice place most staff rude
Pros:

The young lady who checked us in was great. Rooms were spacious for our family’s needs for an emergency situation.

Cons:

Wasn’t on the 1st floor as promised, knew we had dogs but would make comments about them making noise. Had 9 kids with us and staff would be rude to the grown adult child walking to our other room to check on our other half of our family and make smart comments or tell them if they wouldn’t be quiet they were kicking us out or I hear you all the way down stairs so shut that dog up and the kid with you up but would never come to the room and talk to the parent. Never asked for clean towels.

Great place for food!! I think one restaurant had live entertainment so that was a plus. Very quiet!
Pros:

My boyfriend is in the military and the hotel was close to where he had drill that weekend. It was the perfect location because it was only 13 minutes away. Also, we didn't have to go far away for food.

Cons:

Everything was good. I was only there for one night so no complaints.
