뷰가 너무 좋았습니다

Cons:

숙소안에 부대시설 및 식당이 없어 너무 불편했습니다. 숙소 안에 바베큐 식당이 너무 좋다고 기대를 안고 갔는데 운영을 안한다고 하셔서 당황 했네요 ㅠㅠ

가격 양심적이지 못함. 가족여행을 망침.
Pros:

바다뷰가 보이는 방 바로 앞에 차도가 있는데 방음이 되지 않아(옛날 샤시) 잠을 제대로 못잠.
관리자도 방음이 잘 안된다는건 알고 있었다고 하네요.
피곤해서 여행 및 집까지 장거리 이동시 너무 피곤했음.(내돈 내고 이게 뭐람 ㅠ.ㅠ)

5월 4일 연휴 1박(27만원) 요금이 평일 요금의 5배 폭리를 취함.
계약시는 당연시 비용에 준하는 수준으로 판단하고 계약을 했는데 너무 억울했고
이용후기 평이 좋고, 이정도 가격이면 기대감을 가지고 멀리 강원도까지 가족여행을 갔는데
1박에 5만원 정도하는 숙소였다면 감수했겠지만
이런 숙소를 잡아 가족들에게 너무 미안했음. ㅠ.ㅠ

5월초인데 모기가 있다는게 당황스러웠고
앞에 사용한 투숙객이 한마리 잡아 두고 우리가 새벽에 한마리 잡음.
청결관리 필요함.
5월 3일 강릉에서 18만원 숙소 만족도다 너무 좋았는데 가족여행 완전 망침.

일출맛집
Pros:

두아이와 3명이서 묶고왔어요.
한파경보가 엄청 심할때인데
따뜻하게 묶었어요.
침대에 누워서 일출을 볼수있어서
다음에 또 오자고 약속하고왔네요.

키오스크로 체크인.아웃 한다는데 프런트는 호텔 분위기는아니었음.
일단, 종업원은 보이지 않고
기온은 내려갔는데 난방이 되지않았음.
서비스로 제공한다는 와인은 과일향 스파클 이였음

기본4인 최대5인 기준이라서
5인기준인원 숙박비용을 모두 지불했지만,
호텔측에서 1인 침구추가비용을 요청합니다. 관례라고 합니다.
시설(냉장고,에어컨,TV연결 고장등)도 낙후되어 불편했습니다.
입실당시 기본용품도 구비가 안되어 별도로 확인해서 요청해야 했고,
이후 화장지등도 부족해서 요청이 번거로워 구매해서 사용했습니다.

Big rooms, nice view from the restaurant floor.

Cons:

The hotel has no staff at the front desk. You do the check-in and check-out in a machine at the entrance.
At 05.50, a fire alarm started ringing, and there was nobody who could explain the situation. We are foreign turist and some local turist had to explain to me that it was a real alarm.

The safety aspect of this type of situation could improve

We stayed 2 nights here for quick access to the beach and the mountains.

The bad: mold everywhere, no microwave, windows were very dirty- made sunrise pictures come out horrible- very little stock of toiletries- had to call for towels- no complimentary breakfast- parking was horrible. The bed wrecked our backs- comforters were the lowest quality available.

The good- convince store is located in lobby, walk to the beach in seconds- and the sunrise was incredible. If you need to get the sounds of the ocean to fill yoyr soul, be awakened with the beauty of the sunrise- and you can get past some “issues” - this is your spot!
