Revamp the whole staff
Pros:

Leaving

Cons:

Bartenders was training a new bartender, in front of my wife and I told the new bartenders that she first really follow the recipe on cocktails and he shouldn’t have to worry about it either

We made the front desk aware there was a broken glass in our room. We were going to dinner and asked if they could send house keeping , the glass was never removed.
