The cleanliness and the stuff is very helpful

Cons:

Some of my sheets had some old stains that looked like permanent marks, the flavour used for the lotions, shower gels, etc was not great, they can improve on that.

Was there for a business trip so it was good because not far from where we had to be

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Friendly front desk staff. Upgrade room. Nice bar with good food. Our room was not noisy. Barely heard the trains. Will definitely stay again

Excellent hotel, great price and superb location
Pros:

Excellent location. Easy and inexpensive parking. There is a lounge and bar, also a rooftop bar, and restaurant right on the premises. The hotel is in an area with plenty of other restaurants in walking distance, the NJ transit system is directly across the street from the front of the hotel. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. On the weekend they have a Jazz night open to all. This is a great boutique hotel and is exceptional for the price. I highly recommend it.

disrespectful staff at check in.

unpleasant check in, condescending/patronizing staff towards myself.
the rooms are nice however I can hear other guests.
some hotel employees hate their jobs and their life and they reflects in how they treat guests. Fortunately their employment is disposable.
