Great location and excellent place to stay
Pros:

Spacious rooms. Laundry room. Hotel close to attraction and walkable. Lots of eatery close to hotel.

Cons:

Lobby is on the 7th floor.

Wonderful location and hotel
Pros:

*location - close to two train lines: Shenton Way on the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL brown line) and Tanjong Pagar on the East-West Line (EWL green line). We took the train from the airport and chose to get off at Shenton Way as it was slightly closer to the hotel, but to cross the street to the hotel was not as easy. After catching a train from Tanjong Pagar, I would recommend this line as it's on the same green line as Tanah Merah (where you connect to trains from the Expo line from Changi Airport), and the journey to the hotel from this station is all flat roads and more spacious if you were to arrive during peak hour.
The hotel is also close to Lau Pa Sat and Amoy Hawker Centre, both less than 10 minutes walk. You could also easily walk to Chinatown in about 15 minutes.

*room - spacious enough for two; air conditioning was so good in the Singaporean humidity; a kitchenette was so handy when we needed to reheat leftovers; the bathroom was great and the room and hotel overall had a luxurious feel to it. I loved that there was a filtered water system cos some people's bellies can't handle local water and it also saved us from buying bottles of water.

*free guest shuttle - this was available to take guests to specific locations at specific times of the day. Although we didn't use it, I thought it was a wonderful service to offer and I also liked that there was a dedicated pick up area for taxis/Grabs cos the previous hotel I stayed at in Chinatown had no dedicated pick up area and the drivers had to stop at the front of the hotel on the main road with flowing traffic.

Cons:

*staff attentiveness - just a minor negative but staff could have been more attentive when guests arrived at the reception (i.e., acknowledge guests that they're ready to be assisted) - I had to approach the staff at the desk before she helped me.

*bathroom lighting - another minor negative was the lights weren't bright enough for those who still liked to apply makeup so if you have a small makeup mirror, use that in the main room.

Excellent stay we will be back.
Pros:

The pool was excellent and we enjoyed our apartment water views.Beds super comfortable and some staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t so pleasant as cold eggs,bacon ect wasn’t what we expected.We see they haven’t sorted that out.Wine served warm at the pool area when a chilled glass is expected.
Milk with the coffee machine would have been nice as non provided.

It's ok for somewhere to lay your head after exploring

- Washing machine in room didn't work and no where to dry your clothes in your room, a clothes horse should be available, when clothes can't be put in the communal tumble dryer
- I didn't have breakfast most mornings, as the selection wasn't that great for people with dietary restrictions
- Smallest table in the dining area in our room, with only 1 chair 😬
- Blinds had to be closed most of the time because we were overlooked by an office block
- Room cleaning was very late in the day, when we came back from day activities to get ready for dinner, so we passed on it most of the time
- we got so much information from taxi drivers about activities and festivals that were happening during our visit, which was great because the hotel staff were not good at providing any of this information and neither is the in room QR code
- the shuttle has to be booked 24hrs in advance, which doesn't really work if you are deciding the morning of, where you want to go, and no staff tell u this unless u ask

Fantastic for city centre stays, you can walk everywhere and it’s child friendly too.
Pros:

We booked this based on reviews and weren’t sure what to expect but it exceeded all of our expectations, it was well located, the apartments were gorgeous and house keeping kept it clean and tidy. We would definitely stay here again, the pool was small but perfect for us and the kids, overall we would definitely recommend it to others!

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I could fault about the property, we loved it.

整體而言是舒適的。
Pros:

地點很棒，交通方便，離地鐵站不遠。早餐選擇性較少，小型的自助餐，簡單吃一點是可以的。房間設備齊全，心情是愉悅的。但第二天晚上的冷氣不確定突然壞掉, 一整個晚上很熱，但因很晚又很累，沒有特別跟櫃台反應，但一直聽到隔壁 (我們那間是連通房) 有外國人說話的聲音，早上也沒有人員跟我們解釋，這點可能需要澄清。其它的都很舒適。

Cons:

因為衛浴不是在房間內，很特別是在陽台的位置，與房間內的床只有一扇大玻璃門相隔，晚上若是起來上厠所，一開燈，房間內的另一個人也會同時被燈光影響。建議在玻璃門上加裝可隔音及避光的布簾，晚上起床用厠所， 也不會太糾結怕影響其它人。

Amazing
Pros:

I really enjoyed staying there! It has a really great location (close to 3 MRT Stations with different lines) and 10 minutes walk to the big and famous Hawker Center Lau Pa Sat.

The room is really spacious and has everything you need and a great view. My room was in the 30st floor with view to the Port of Singapore.
