Excellent room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great to have washing machine and dryer in the room. Great breakfast- restaurant menu looked great but we didn't eat there. Most staff were excellent and high level service, including house service and valets.. Location was good but a little far from supermarket and shops. Close to hawker stall and cafe and restaurants. Pool is amazing and our kids loved it. Good deals on happy hour.
Part of room including walls and furniture was a little marked and could do with a good clean. A microwave would be helpful. Some reception staff were not overly friendly or helpful. We'd paid for a later check out on arrival. Confirmed this with reception on day of leaving, then our rooms cards were locked on us- back to reception who fixed but then received a call an hour prior to the time asking if we were checking out.
Spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is great, easy access to Grab.

Not well maintained example like plug in master bedroom’s headboard was dismantled and master bathroom’s door lock as well.

the standard room was really spacious and the front desk upgraded me to a king seeing that I was checking in only for myself but booked two singles. Had a bit of issue getting into the property however as I checked in past 10.30 pm, problem with the front door, but after I received my key card I did not encounter this anymore.
The residence is large enough for 2 people and had a washing machine which could be useful for long-term stays. The hotel is well-located in the city of Singapore, close to Marina bay Sands and all nearby attractions. Luxury Elemis products in the bathroom were welcomed and appreciated. Thank you to the staff member who assisted us with an adaptor for charging our devices. Perfect for a short stay.
The view from the Residence was not attractive. We were staring into an office block. It was very unclear if people on the outside could see inside. Especially if the lights were switched on and considering all the glass windows. Seemingly a "lack of privacy" made it uncomfortable. Had to close all the curtains. Staff were efficient at check-in and check-out, however, very mechanical and not genuine or friendly. The bathroom did not have a hairdryer (Could have been in the bedroom - just not visible). I'd be cautious calling it a 5-star hotel.
