Tolles Hotel für Städtetrip
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für einen Städtetrip in London. Das London Eye,Big Ben usw. sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war ok. Ich hätte mir mehr Obst und Gemüse gewünscht.

Cons:

Das Bett hat mich etwas verzweifeln lassen,aber da ist jeder anders.

excellent hotel. I'll defenatly stay here again.
Pros:

3rd. time in this hotel. Our room was- Deluxe Studio. The location is great. near underground, restaurants, supermarkets. Many attractions are in walking distance (London eye, big ben, Trafalgar squere, Soho, China town).

Cons:

The cleaning is every 2nd. day. we had to ask for clean towels since they didn't made our room.

Konum harika.

Cons:

Booking üzerinde fotoğrafları görünen oda ile bize verilen 114 numaralı odanın alakası bile yoktu.
Tamamen penceresiz ve karanlık bir oda verildi.
Değiştirilmesini istediğimizde ise ilgilenen olmadı.
Bu otelde ikinci kalışımdı asla bir daha kalmayacağım.

Nice stay, a little too expensive for what’s offering.
Pros:

Location is great, close to Westminster bridge(10 min walk). Personnel was very nice, breakfast was good.

Cons:

The cleaning was not that great, the room(we had Deluxe studio) was small for 3 persons, no place to put your luggage basically. Bathroom has no ventilation.

Serviço de quarto péssimo, vc pede uma refeição e eles enviam a comida em uma marmita de isopor.
Internet também deixou a desejar, em muitos momentos desistimos de usar o WiFi, que ficava falhando, e ficamos usando apenas a nossa operadora.
