We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, largely thanks to the outstanding reception team. From the very first moment, we felt we were in professional and caring hands. We needed significant assistance and the reception staff immediately stepped in with remarkable patience, efficiency and a truly service - oriented attitude.

Personal que no habla idiomas bufet desayuno con poca variedad mesas para comer pequeñas e incómodas organización mala.Camas incómodas y con curvatura, de las 4 noches que estuvimos solo nos hicieron las camas 1 noche y no nos cambiaron sábanas ni toallas.

Je pense que l’hôtel est parfait si on a une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue 🙂

La localisation est très bien, et le personnel très agréable, literie impeccable.

Cons:

La chambre donnait sur la rue et malheureusement la rue est très bruyante, l’isolation n’est pas bonne du tout ! Nous étions trois et nous avons tous été dérangés par le bruit de la rue avec la circulation et les sirènes de police… et ce toute la nuit !!! Pas bien dormi du tout malgré une literie très confortable.
