Das Hotel war gut. Die Lage des Hotels war super.

Cons:

Frühstück war ganz einfaches kontinental Frühstück. Mit dem Buffet auffüllen hat es leider nicht so gut geklappt.

Superbe séjour, d’une grande qualité dans un endroit au top!
Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait (à 10min à pied de Big Ben et de the Eye). Le personnel était très serviable et sympathique. La chambre studio correspondait à nos attentes, niveau propreté et confort. La salle de sport est très polyvalente. Le fait de faire le check-in et checkout en borne ainsi que la réservation de Uber sur borne sont vraiment pratiques.

Cons:

La partie salée du petit déjeuner était un peu légère si vous ne mangez pas de viande. Le service nettoyage se fait à 15h, ce qui peut un peu vous bloquer si vous souhaitez rentrer faire une sieste à l’hôtel après votre balade.

Great hotel.
Pros:

Friendly staff and attentive, good value, laundry available for customers, spacious room. Offer to upgrade on arrival for good value when arrived early.

Cons:

The only feedback would be that the beds are a little firm but in saying that, I slept well.
Also, the aircon constantly readjusting itself upwards was a little frustrating.

Podoba mi się lokalizacja obiektu. Blisko metra, wygodnie, wystarczające śniadania, wieczorem czynny bar z drinkami i jedzeniem. Przechowalnia bagażu i możliwość wcześniejszego check in za dodatkową opłatą też jest wygodne.
