Comfortable stay just walking distance away from points of interests
Pros:

The location was excellent, just a short walking distance to London Eye, The Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The flat we were given was roomy and had 2 bathrooms which really helped with our party of four.

Cons:

Our hotel room was released so we ended up getting a flat but the amenities in the flat more than makes up for the mix up.

Very efficient, very clean, very professional welcome
Pros:

The warm welcome from Paul Emile, I was having issues with my cards and he was very kind and helpful until it was resolved.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better (real eggs please and warmer buffet)

Pros:

The location is great. Very close to Waterloo station and even closer to Lambert Station. There are supermarkets and Coffee nezt door, and a whole street of nice places to eat and drink 3 minutes walk.
The room was nice, the gym is basic but it has what you need. We were able to store our language for a few hours after check out because our flight was later that night.

Cons:

I would expect them to clean the room more often and do a better job at it.
Would be nice to have UK adapter in the room.

The absolute best , amazing customer service , comfortable rooms, and location was A++++ to visit all the attractions
Pros:

Location was absolutely perfect for a newbie traveller I came here with teens and my elderly in laws I had no idea about London , and it was all so easy the rooms were perfect , the staff five stars , it was so central and easy to get around with two underground’s close .. the baker line across the road , northern line walking distance . , close to the big bus tour bus stops the London eye etc , we even walked to the Novello theatre to see mamma Mia a nice walk only about half an hour , cafe next door , supermarket express next door , i cnst wait to come back. I wish I had longer .. we had five nights and absolutely loved the little kitchenette absolutely perfect.

Location is excellent
Pros:

Excellent location. Minutes away from big Ben and London eye. Grocery stores and plenty of restaurants and souvenir stores. Bus stops and subway station easily accessible.

Cons:

Room is cleaned every second day and towels, Dishwashing tablets not replaced. Needed to ask multiple times.

Pros:

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is only a 10-minute walk to the London Eye and many other major sights, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. Additionally, the staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Room was big and spacy.

Cons:

A few major issues during my stay:

Poor Housekeeping Timing: I was promised a bed sheet change on Day 4, but room service didn't show up until 5:00 PM. At that point in the day, it was incredibly inconvenient and disruptive.

Maintenance Issues: The bathroom sink was blocked, which made getting ready every day a hassle.

Zero Amenities: They do not provide any toothpaste, toothbrushes, or standard toiletries. Worse, I was only given one single, small bar of soap to last for the entire 5-day stay.
