Reception person worst behave room not clean
Pros:

There was absolutely nothing good about my experience after booking your property. The boy at the front desk is extremely rude and has no sense of how to speak to guests. The room had a strong smell of smoke, which made the stay even worse. Very disappointing overall.

Cons:

I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience. The front desk staff is highly unprofessional and speaks to guests in a very disrespectful manner, showing a complete lack of basic etiquette. Additionally, the rooms provided are not clean or properly maintained, which is unacceptable. The overall service is far below expected standards, and this reflects very poorly on your establishment.
