Roomy comfortable stay
Pros:

Loved the room, plenty of space for a family with a little one. The breakfast was nice, and we enjoyed spending time outside with the fireplaces on the patio.

Cons:

Only two downfalls, the pool was actually closed for the season when I was told it would be open. Also, our AC wouldn’t shut off so it was freezing in the room. We unplugged it and by the end of the day the temp was comfortable to the rest of our stay.

Overall good with some areas for improvement.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff.
I didn't eat breakfast on this trip, but I checked it out one morning, and it looked fine, except the eggs looked like powdered eggs.. :( .....Otherwise, good options.
The property has lots of good amenities and space for guests. Laundry, a gym, a nice pool, and outdoor spaces for sports and relaxing. Plenty of well-lit parking.
Great location. Close to major freeways, sports fields, and all types of shopping.
Bed deemed clean and comfortable.
The kitchen was well maintained.

Cons:

Issues: 1.) On the 2nd day of a 3-night stay, the room above me was making incredibly loud noises (children wrestling? Lots of loud thumping and banging on the floor.)
I called the front desk to report it, and the noise stopped within 30 mins. Thank you!
2.) My room smelled musty when I came in. When I would leave and come back, I could really smell it, especially if the room was warm (above 74 degrees). I woke up in the mornings to the smell of a dog. (perhaps you have rooms that are reserved for No Pets?) I'm not allergic to pets, but I don't live with pets; therefore, I can smell them easily and prefer not to wake up to the smell of a dog that was previously in the room. I'm guessing the smell is embedded into the room's carpet to be that strong. I would stay at this property anytime I'm in town for a trip if the price meets my budget, and hopefully I don't have to smell someone else's pet while I'm there. I understand people like to travel with their pets, but not everyone is ok with smelling animals while they sleep.
3.) bathroom sink was badly clogged. Did not drain well at all. Backed up within seconds of running the water to brush my teeth.
4.) I booked my room through my personal travel agent's link. She works very hard to send me to a good property. The day after I checked in, I was getting emails from Booking.com stating my reservation had not yet been accepted. I had to ask the front desk agent to accept the reservation so that my agent would get the proper credit for her work. I do not like doing business with any property that tries to circumvent paying my agent what she has rightfully earned. I should not have to go to the desk and ask the desk agent to make sure this was done!! Don't cheat! If you do, I will not stay at your property!
