My family and I were catfish and will never book with Staybridge again regardless of location

The location

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible. Didn’t receive enough towels for each occupant for both rooms I reserved the first name we were there. Asked for new towels the next day, and was told they would be brought to my room and they never did. The scent in the hotel and the hotel was not welcoming which made my family and I very comfortable which led to my family and I checking out before the preservation was over. They need to do some reevaluations that lead to renovation for the physical property and the aesthetics of it, as well as get that breakfast together. The interior of the hotel and the vibe of the hotel felt like a stay at Motel 6.

Pros:

Room was nice size, large enough. Breakfast was better than what other hotels provide. Location is very good.

Cons:

Room carpet needed a vacuum. Loose hair present from previous guests.
Only 1 elevator was working.

Pros:

Everything was excellent, worth of the money I paid.

Cons:

My room tv had dust, and the floor in the bathroom did not look really clean but other than that was good.

It was a great stay. This is my 2nd time coming to this hotel. It’s reliable and comfortable.
Pros:

The rooms are clean and have cooking equipment in the room without a fee. Restrooms are clean and not to crammed. Breakfast is not bad, they have a good amount of options for food. The price isn’t outrageous.

Cons:

The hallways have a weird smell. The elevators are also hot.
