Mon animal à été accepté lors de la réservation. Une fois rendu à destination, ils l’ont refusé prétextant qu’il était trop gros (un caniche royal d’environ 35 lbs). Pour éviter cette mauvaise expérience qui nous à mis dans une situation compliqué, assurez-vous de communiquer avec l’établissement par courriel et garder une preuve de votre communication.

Tout étais bien la chambre le personnel de se faire servir en français 👌le déjeuner

Cons:

Je trouve dommage et je sais que se sont tout les hôtel mais qu’on ne puisse pas profiter du séjour plus longuement soit arrivé plus tôt et pouvoir quitter plus tard pour le prix qu’on Paye

J’ai déjà vue mieux

Déjeuner compris très bien, décor très bien, grandeur de la chambre bien.

Cons:

Arriver à la chambre, il nous manquait les draps pour le divan lit qui n’était pas très confortable, toilettes ne floche pas bien, machine à café qui ne fonctionne pas, et pas insonorisé du tout.. pas tellement dormi avec les jeunes qui courrait dans les couloirs et les escaliers, les toilettes des chambres voisine et pour finir les camions de déneigeur.

This Holiday Inn... Is My Choice for Quebec!
Pros:

The pillows were Fantastic. The breakfast was very good. Front desk staff were Very Friendly! I would definitely stay here again. 😃
We came, to Quebec for Winterlude.

Cons:

There was No mat want you entered the room and we had muddy boots from the weather.
I mat for footwear, would be 👍 Great.

Not the greatest experience this time
Pros:

Parking was easy accessible.

Cons:

The snow wasn’t really cleaned properly so it was hard to walk through to get to the entrance. I normally stay at this hotel for work because it is nearby. I have stayed a few times but unfortunately this time, it wasn’t great like the others. After a long day we check in, we had 2 people try to come in the room without knocking. If we hadn’t put the lock, they would have came in. When we went to the door, they questioned if we had checked out, we had to explain that we just checked in not too long. It seemed like they had some sort of confusion. The room itself wasn’t very clean, it looked like they had cleaned it very quickly. The floor was still wet, there was hair everywhere and the bathroom was different. It was a tub, which was okay but still a little dirty. The towels had a stain in it. On the couch, there like white powdery residue that we had to clean.The outlets were broken and not working which was frustrating because we had to use the outlets near the TV.
