Séjour d'une nuit
Pros:

Chambre propre et confortable. Grande douche et près de tous les services.

Cons:

On était 3 comme précisé dans la réservation et on avait que 2 serviettes pour la douche.
La piscine était froide et la toile était pleine de replis.

Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité prix, confortable, propre. Bon déjeuner inclus. Près de tous les services et plusieurs restos à proximité. Facile d 'accès pour aller visiter Ottawa.

Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien. Stationnement inclut. Proximité à pieds de restaurants. Lits confortables.

Cons:

Ventilation dans la chambre était très bruyante. Propreté de la salle de bains était moyenne. Aucun savon à mains. 2 serviettes seulement laissées même si c'était bien noté que nous étions 4. L'information pour le déjeuner ne nous a pas été bien donnée; à cause de cela, il ne restait pratiquement plus rien lorsque nous nous sommes présenté.

The hotel was good but they need to make sure about the cleanness of the rooms.
Pros:

The breakfast was good the first day with very good varieties and the breakfast room was nice and clean and also it was good parking lot with too much space.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms one of them was good but the other one was dirty as I attached photos so the bedding sheets, pillows cover and the floor was dirty and have some hair on them , we spoke with the reception and told them about the room but she said they don't have room service now and she was not corporative.
Also they don't put shower towels in the room so you have to ask for them every time you need to shower.
The breakfast was good in the 1st day but the second day it was missing some food items and this is first thing in the morning.
The Lobby room was very small with limited seats.

Propreté et confort bien et bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Besoin connexion Netflix et surtout beaucoup trop de produits polluants comme les verres en plastique et en matériel non recyclable, les assiettes de carton et ustensiles de plastique très dépassé niveau environnement en 2026

J'ai apprécié la grande fenêtre. J'ai apprécié le personnel à l'accueil. Bien insonorisé. J'ai aimé la grande douche.

Cons:

Dans la salle de bain, il manquait une tablette de rangement. J'aurais apprécié un miroir grossissant pour le maquillage comme dans tous les bons hôtels. Je n'ai pas aimé l'éclairage du miroir en place. Je me suis trompée d'Holiday Inn en réservant. Je croyais que c'était celui de Gatineau (Hull). J'étais donc un peu loin de mon lieu de congrès.
