Pros:

Les agents à la réception sont toujours disponibles et, à l écoute pour le moindre problème ou, question concernant une situation particulière...
Rien à dire, le sourire, l’accueil, l'attention et l’écoute sont au rendez-vous! ;)

Cons:

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner reste très, très minimaliste. Il n'y a aucune créativité, œufs brouillés, bacon, haricots secs...
Muffins, cinnamons rolls surgelés puis réchauffés que je n'ai pas mangé d'ailleurs.

Les "red flag", ce sont les couverts en plastique :(
Essayez d’éplucher ou de couper une pomme avec un couteau en plastique, bon courage...
C'est la croix et la bannière, en plus! :(

Niet goedkoop maar geld waard.

Moderne , nieuwe kamer , alle confort en zeer goede bedden.

Cons:

Ontbijt ruimte was chaotisch en moeilijk voor mensen met gluten intolerantie , ook de kartonnen borden en plastic bestek kan beter ...

Pros:

Tout était très bien pour les besoins que nous avions ! Je séjournerais à nouveau sans aucun doute si le besoin se présente !

Cons:

La seule petite amélioration qui aurait fait une différence est la télévision. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir nous connecter à Netflix pour regarder un film.

Pros:

Close to grocery store, you can buy foods and drinks, also theres a buffet restaurant in the back no need to drive.

Cons:

The electric socket must have Tamper resistant outlet to be safe for children, the cord of the blinds is too low and it’s easy for a child to break it pulling.

Schönes Hotel, moderne Zimmer, ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstück. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit verbesserungsfähig.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel an ruhiger Lage. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl.
Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit lässt ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. Sowohl in den Zmmern waren Haare in der Dusche bzw. Essenskrümel in den Ecken und auch im Frühstücksaal krabbelten
Ameisen am Boden herum.
Das Personal am Empfang war auch nicht gerade übertrieben freundlich. Bei der Ankunft gab es weder ein „Willkommen“ oder „Hallo, wie gehts?“ sondern lediglich „ Ich brauche Ihre ID und Kreditkarte“
Negativ aufgefallen ist auch, dass das Hotel über nur 2 Lifte verfügt von denen einer nicht in Betrieb war. (d.h. lange Wartezeiten)

Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

One staff member, Emile, was horrible. She was very rude. She gave me a room that smelled like sewage. Another staff member told me they knew that room had issues, yet she gave it to me anyway. We had to move rooms, the smell was so bad.

The pool area was stifling hot but the water was cold.

The staff let kids attending a hockey tournament in the area go crazy. They ran and screamed and were everywhere in the hotel with no supervision. There were about 10-12 kids in the workout room fooling around at one point with nothing bending done by the staff to stop any of it. This was a poorly run hotel.
